Place seems to be clean and tidy staff is friendly but $14 for a smoothie. Drink seems quite a bit excessive.

I always have a good experience here food and staff wise. Except today when I bit into something hard in my food and realized there were little hard bits that were clearly not edible, I thought I had broken my tooth and when I spat it out it looked like either rock or very hard plastic. When I went to bring it back to let them know so they could pull the rest from the shelves so it didn't happen to any other guests, I was met with immense attitude as if I had wronged them? Not once did the two of them say sorry or we apologize for this happening to you. She was insinuating I was nuts and it was just a peice of hard chocolate even though I brought said peices in and it clearly was not chocolate. I didn't even come in mad, I was just shocked and joked about it and brought it back so that this didn't happen to multiple people. So disappointing that I was met with animosity instead of genuine concern. Customer service was absolutely terrible ESPECIALLY from the young lady working the back. Horrible.

The hailey bieber smoothie tasted so bad. Do not buy it, i could make a better smoothie at home. Literally tasted like avocado and milk blended together. The two girls working were also in the back talking and watching videos on their laptop and we had to wait to be greeted. When she finally came out she asked if we had been waiting long. We said no to be polite. Another lady came in after us and also had to wait to be greeted while they were in the back again not paying attention to who walked in the door.

Use to go here minimum 3x per week . Had such a terrible and disrespectful customer service today when I was charged for a product that they did not have only to tell me they can’t refund it to my card . I requested it needs to back on my card , the employee actually swore , because she had to call head office — again for their mistake . They should have ensured the product was in stock before charging me . Process to return back to the card was less than 2 minutes . All they had to do was actually do their job. Hire the right people and your business will flourish . Never going back here again .

Blueberry oatmeal portion size is respectable but there’s no way anyone should pay 8.49 for half a pack of apple oatmeal. This is unacceptable!

I've been to Revitasize several times, and unfortunately, it's always a hit or miss with the amount of oatmeal I get. On more than one occasion, I've received a bowl that's less than half full, which is pretty disappointing considering the price. It’s frustrating because I really enjoy their oatmeal when it’s properly filled, but this inconsistent portioning has been a dealbreaker for me.

The food as always is great. Fresh, healthy and filling. Only downside of my visit today was the long wait time. Even with ordering ahead of time online I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes.
When i got there I stated I was there to pick up an order for myself and she girl on cash said “Well were so busy right now everyone’s gonna have to wait” i took a seat and waited.
20 minutes later a similar order to mine came up and I assumed it was mine… nope… it was the customers order who came in after me.
Placed my order saying it was ready for 12:45 and I ended up leaving the establishment at 1:25. Was extremely disappointing as this is one of my favourite places. I’d definitely recommend ordering in person rather than online. Otherwise, food was great.. just not sure if I’ll be returning.

Normally love this place but went there yesterday waited in line for 15 minutes for my 2 smoothies $34- and they brought out 1 and brought and bowls and smoothies for people that ordered after me- was not cool! Isn’t that the purpose of having a queue??? So I just left after they didn’t have my whole order and finished 2-3 people after me, waste of my time and money….Normally buy a lot of your products, salads, pucks, jars and your smoothie program…. Will not be going back… customers are what keep you guys in business- work on your service.

Revitasize Vaughan has fantastic, kind, fun staff, with great service, and even greater bowls! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and make such fresh, amazing tasting bowls. 10/10 recommend

The best Açai bowl I’ve ever had!!! My favourite is the peanut butter bowl! So good, I highly recommend
