Ordered delivery chickpeas salad and they sent the containers that expire in 4 days that they usually have on sale but charged me the full price that they charge for freshly made ones, and it’s not about the price it’s the fact that they fool customers and take advantages! They basically took advantages of the fact that I wasn’t there! I’ve been a customer since they first opened, they used to be trustworthy but not anymore!I called and they don’t pick up the phone. I’m not impressed at all ! It’s not the first time when they do a lousy job, another time they sent a tea with the bag in and the water just a little bit warmed up ! Basic knowledge is that the herbs in a tea bag need hot water they don’t know this little? Last time to order from them, I dont recommend their bad service especially for delivery, they are untrustworthy.

The açai bowls are a hit & a miss, usually when I come during weekdays the bowls are great. But over weekends I guess different staff are working the bowls are made terribly. Peanut butter just plopped in a big clump ontop of the peanut butter bowl, when usually it’s mixed into the açai base, and the fruit is barely cut up.

The ladies working are always very friendly and, contribute to a warm and inviting experience. The quick and delicious preparation of the food adds to the overall satisfaction. I had an unpleasant experience here today. I walked in and there was nobody at the front of the store. I waited for a while before a girl finally came out of the back room. She acted as though she did not want to serve me. When I was paying, she took the machine and added a tip for herself, which I did not consent to. She then received a bouquet of flowers where she stood in front of the cash and spoke with a colleague about the flowers and what she did to deserve them. I wanted to purchase another item, but she acted like she didn’t see me and was visibly annoyed when she needed to move out of the way so I could pay. Super unprofessional. Made me feel uncomfortable as a customer and will NOT be returning.

I used to come to the major Mack location quite often until I realized that the smoothie bowls aren’t even made fresh. They’re frozen and tasteless.Also, I got a wrap and salad but there was a blonde hair in the wrap.Very disappointing and disgusting.I mean, the food here is not cheap. I spent nearly $50. I would expect fresh açai bowls and zero hair (s) in the food.I won’t be going back to this location.

I come here often and love it. But I recently just left (August 7th around noon) and there was hair in my açai bowl. The young lady clearly wasn’t wearing anything when she was making my order. Very disappointed because there were a couple strands. I’ll be using another location from now on.

Don’t get the bowls, they’re literally like water. If u want a smoothie might as well get the bowl. I’ve came here before and this has never happened. They don’t care either they do nothing about it. Majority of fruits are sour and they don’t have most fruits that they “offer”
