The tacos I had was not bad, I had it to go want I got back to work with it was really soggy couldn't really enjoy it. But the taste was there. Maybe I'll give them a try again and see how it goes

I’m conflicted because the value is pretty great at this place - I got 3 tacos and a burrito and both were some of the biggest ones I’ve ever seen. I would be curious to weigh the burrito cause I swear it felt like a couple pounds. The presentation is also really special, with cool and sturdy packaging.
However, when it comes to food, I was really underwhelmed. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s just so plain and basic. I would’ve much rather everything was half the size (and maybe simpler packaging), but with better ingredients and more unique flavors.

this is one of the worst take away experience i, unfortunately, had to witness.
i dont know which one is worse, second world war or this burrito.
my wife ordered non spicy but why the burrito is so spicy like manifesting its own existence, its own god.
the other one i got is like a 70 years old soup is wrapped with a plastic tape.
when i unboxed the burrito i felt like a getting apple watch but know just a mailman delivered to me the court letters i got sued by my own stomach due to excessive abuse, which i am not guilty but hey after taking a bite from this burrito this is the bottom of my problems

I literally just got my Uber eat deliver. The bag that the food comes in told me I was about to have an experience. The guacamole coming in a reusable glass jar ??? A huge burrito bowl. No skimp on the topping. I have to come here in person wow! Everything is delicious and perfect. Thank you

No RicoThe first time I ordered from this restaurant one fish taco was like an piece of old rubber that they'd found at the bottom of the freezer. I phoned the restaurant to complain and they seemed really surprised.This time, two fish tacos were almost as bad and a third was barely edible. I saved and froze bits of the fish that I had nibbled to prove to them.Also incorrectly packed, so one of the takas fell over and open.One star for thee toppings and one star for the tres leches cheesecake, which is still a bit odd having bits of cake in it.

Need to figure out how to manage their orders. Order pick-up through Ubereats. Arrived just after they stated it was ready. No one came out to check on orders, so after 5 minutes I knocked on door to kitchen only to be told it wasn't ready. Just got my food after a 26 minute wait.

I’d love to rate this place biased on food but unfortunately I’m just going to cut it at the phone call and miss leading info they have online I quickly called requesting to place and order and was quickly shut down and sent to order through Uber eats or skip dishes and that there are no extra fees… okay no problem I then proceeded with creating the order online and quickly realize there is a 3$ difference and that the pricings were different.. so I proceeded to call back and let them know. Whom ever I spoke to on the phone continuously was quick to answer and to cut me off at every word, letting me know the prices have changed since over a year ago that those are the old prices .. I am confused that if this has changed over a year and they’re well aware why not change is online as well ? I just felt mis lead and lied to about the prices
I would have loved to try this taco/burrito place out but as said being cut short at every word as well as being met with hostility to make sure his point was sent across makes me not want to even bother trying them out Hopefully communication skills can be better handled in the future as well as updated prices through online google
