Very disorganized. They consistently brought us the wrong menu items that were ordered by other tables. We did not receive over half of the items we ordered. After waiting 1.5h for appetizers and salmon sushi/sashimi that we ordered (when we were first seated), we were finally told by the wait staff that they have run out and cannot bring us what we ordered. When we asked for a water refill, we had to wait 15+ min and repeatedly ask multiple waiters/waitresses before our water was refilled. The food that they did bring us was okay.

Food is not like it used to be to be … garbage customer service they refuse to give you a manger they force you to tip 15% plus tax on top of tips right now owner is outside the country that’s why workers are forcing tips… if you ask them to remove it they say don’t come here again we will not serve you anymore I thought tips was optional bill was around $200 for 4 adults tip was $30 plus tax on tip this place is a fraud

This place forces u to pay their own choice amount of tips, they start fighting with us when we asked them to remove it, i understand if big group but we were only a family of 4 people with a 2 year old kid, they charged us %15 we don't mind tipping but I should have the option to choose the amount i want not be forced to.
