I stopped here for lunch upon recommendation from a friend. The sandwiches and salad were good but the cashier was obviously stressed and not happy to be there. I was very kind during my stay but the point of service was rough.

Love the food here but got totally fleeced today. Had 2 sandwiches ($12 each), panzerotti ($14.50) and 2 drinks ($3.50 each?) and the guy says $60.91. When I say “that doesn’t seem right” he blew me off and said “sure it is”

Mouth watering steak sandwiches, it got better with every bite!! Must try !
Great spot for lunch. See alot of regulars and always get a great veal sandwich. I'd like to try something else but that VEAL is so DAMN GOOD.Atmosphere is great. Met someone I knew there while on my lunch break. Will be back to try more delicious Italian food.

I am very disappointed, on Monday Oct 16, my wife bought veal sandwiches, later that day she got stomach sick big way. I didnt eat mine that day, we coudnt figure out what happened. We never thought about the sandwich. We like that place and their food. Next day I took out mine from fridge and when I opened it smelled horrible, sour. Now we knew what happened, they served old meat, maybe from previous week, disgusting.
Love the people here super nice and so was the food, I am glad I found this gem. A la vodka sauce was bomb ?

Best veal sandwich you’ll ever have! Quality hasn’t changed over 40 years! The combo is a veal (as per your liking) a brio and a side of picante olives and a rice ball with sauce….. 10/10
