I never leave reviews but I had to with this place. I used to come here and never had a bad experience. Not sure what happened but this place went completely downhill. Went in on a Monday night, it was ghost town. We were the only table in there. Food was OK, nothing special and well overpriced. The server became more rude as our dinner went on. Our waters were empty, so we had to get up and fend for ourselves. She ignored us, and would only come to our table if we waved her down. AND… when she did come to our table she would be on the phone speaking to whomever through her AirPods.Not to mention, the washroom was DISGUSTING. Considering the place was dead someone should really attend to those washrooms. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t. I’d opt for any other all you can eat sushi places in the area. AND, if you do happen to come here, make sure you stay as far away from those washrooms as possible.

Came here for lunch today with 2 other people and I gotta say how upset I was with the food and the service of this place. The food was extremely disappointing as the rice provided was so dry we thought that it has been left in the cooker for days. The salmon and the roll were also dry as a bonus of course. The most disturbing thing for me was the server. She was rude the moment we entered the restaurant. My friend only asked her one question if the restaurant provided a different menu for all you can eat option and her response was “you said you want bento box”. What kind of owner would hire a server like that? During the meal, I asked for some items like cups with ice and sauces with please and thank you at the end but all she replied was “yeah” or she just nod her head as her response. She also slammed dishes and make terrible noise which also affect our appertize during our meals. I could not believe that a sushi place would allow service like this. We paid $60 for the whole meal and it was not expensive at all. However, the food and the service is not even worth the $60 we spent. I will never come back to this place ever again and anyone reads this review should avoid this restaurant by all cost.

I hate to do this but it was the worst sushi I had in my life. Everything tasted old and stale. The sushi rice was so hard, the chicken from the hot dishes tasted stringy, chewy and old. I don't understand why they wouldn't use fresh ingredients. I'll never come back they need to take more pride in their food.

Went there today and may I say I don’t like to leave negative reviews as business need the money but I was extremely disappointed! I walked in at 11:30 am today with my friend for a nice lunch date we sat down and started ordering once we got our food I noticed the staff was never attending our table or even looking to see if we need help I had raised my hand multiple times and was ignored by our servers they were chatting and sitting I then got hold of one and got a drink , food was not worth the high expectation I had , my friend found hair in her food and server brushed it off and stated it was fibre and it was disgusting turned me off it was very over priced for a very bad restaurant also when we got the iPad the server slammed it on the table and didn’t help us figure it out please dodge this place

Their sushi is okay, but they don't give you nearly enough soy sauce for what you order. And they ignore special instructions on UberEats.Soy sauce isn't on the UberEats menu, so I added spicy mayo to my cart and asked for extra soy sauce instead... I received 2 half- empty containers of soy sauce for 48 pieces of sushi ? it doesn’t add up

The food was really bland. I ordered the szechuan chicken and it came with zero flavor. Tasted like boiled chicken. The service forgot half the items of our order and dWas very poor quality.Save your money and time.The only saving factor was the size of the portion

Our excitement turned into anxiety. We are 8 in the group the order came in 2 small plates in every 10 minutes very slow, very small portions. Only one person serving the entire restaurant . They are short stuff. Never again that me my friends and family will come back to this place. We just wasted our money coming to this place.

First of all we came to eat on a Saturday night and we only had a la carte. For me I had the Red Curry with chicken. Taste was good. I was really happy with it. The rice amount was better than mist restaurants where they give you a small rice portion. This was very decent and was more than enough for my curry. Lots of chicken and veg but chicken i wud have preferred it all cut through properly. No bones. The rest of the family had the bento box. My wife had salmon but we noticed they gave her far less nean sprout underneath than everyone elses bentos. My daughter had chicken teriyaki and i have to say the chicken was pleasantly not dry and the teriyaki sauce better than average but no crispy skin on it...as usual i guess. Really miss Taste of Japan Teriyaki chicken. Lol. Anyway we were all happy with our meal except why the heck is it so dark in there??? Makes me think they are hiding something. Make it brighter.
The food is not really tastes good, very loud full with Chinese people. Feels more like cafeteria in outskirts. The server was trying it be friendly, however, this didn’t help when she was constantly having plates fallen down or just thrown on our table.

The quality of the food is good for ayce sushi, the chefs are definitely killing it back there. Their front of house however could use some work, feels as if its a gamble on whether or not you'd get great service depending on your server.I rarely ever rate a place a 3 star and what actually got my review this average was our table got berated by some lady. I dont know who it was but it definitely caused chaos for my table, no workers were there to defuse it either, we had to do it ourselves.So yes, food is awesome but FOH needs more consistency.

This is my FAVOURITE sushi restaurant. We go here often and they treat us so nice. They even remember out drink order as soon as we get to the table. I would definitely recommend, fresh salmon, lots of options for everyone!
