This place is awesome!!! Came in party of 9 for the leafs game on Tues and was floored with the service. Elizabeth our server went above and beyond to make sure we had the best game night at Shoeless! She made great recommendations and she accommodated our orders all to our liking and dietary restrictions with no fuss and everything tasted amazing. Everything went perfect and we had an awesome time. Best server, best place for game nights in Vaughan. We’ll definitely be back for the rest of the playoffs. 100% recommend this place!

I was at this location last night and tried to use my HTA and our waitress was not sure about this so she spoke to the manager and was told they don't do this at this location. On the website it does not state it was for specific location only. I went home to check the website and the HTA is still happening. I need answers from someone from the head office.

I came in for dinner with my girlfriend and Dario was out server. Not only did he recommend great food but also got us to try some very fun drinks! There was also a bunch of sports on that night, and with the sound on and the fun atmosphere, it was such a great time. We initially intended on only staying for a quick meal but ended up staying the entire evening as we made friends while we enjoyed our night. Thank you to Dario for making our evening so memorable. Dietary restrictions: I had a gluten-free burger at the restaurant and stressed to the waitress that it was due to an allergy. I asked her to inform the kitchen and take precautions to prevent cross-contamination. However, I was served a burger with a normal bun instead of a gluten-free one. I didn't realize this until halfway through my meal. When I asked the waitress about it, the manager came out and assured me that the burger was indeed gluten-free. Despite my initial doubts, I trusted her and finished the burger. Unfortunately, I became very ill shortly after leaving the restaurant.I had previously ordered a gluten-free burger at Shoeless Joe's a few weeks earlier, and the gluten-free bread was noticeably different, falling apart as expected. In contrast, the bread I received at the restaurant that night looked identical to my friend's regular bun and did not fall apart like the gluten-free bread I had before.In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts about the bread and not relied on the manager's assurances. It's disappointing that she may have misled me to cover up their mistake. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a safe gluten-free meal.
