Excellent service, thank you very much Paul and the girls who gave us the best service, we felt at home. We had the pleasure of trying the birria taco, the governor taco, the traditional aguachile, green aguachile, the micheladas and the mezcalitas and I can tell you that everything was 10 out of 10, it was our first time and without a doubt you will see us visiting them again. The food was soooooo good and very filling. Came for the fusion sushi, which was delicious! Also ordered the birria tacos which were out of this world. And the springs rolls were a pleasant flavourful surprise. Enjoy!!

Mexican Sushi ?!If it’s the first time you’re hearing of Sinaloa Factory and their Mexican Sushi, I would recommend you give it a try and see it for yourself!I recently came back from a trip to Mexico, and walking into the restaurant reminded me of my trip! The vibes and ambiance inside was so nice! The service was also very kind and pleasant to deal with. I requested no sesame seed as per allergy requirements and they followed.My experience with the sushi itself was subpar. I don’t discredit the high ratings here at all, perhaps it was the fact that I did takeout, or maybe the sushi with meat (pork/chicken/bee not seafood) is more fresh! I found the sushi rice almost as if it was made a day or two ago - again this is just my experience. So after all, I was kind of disappointed as I was really excited to try this place and i love sushi.I’d like to give it a try again in-person.

I’ve travelled to both Sinaloa locations Danforth and Woodbridge from Hamilton. The food in the danforth location was amazing! That’s why we decided to go to the Woodbridge location as it was a faster drive for us. However the food was nowhere close to what we got in the Danforth location, I got the Pa Los compás both times as the first time we were amazed how delicious it was however at the Woodbridge location there was no seasoning, ingredients missing, not to mention the beers that came with the dish weren’t even opened. We ordered birria as well and that was good, we were expecting the server to bring the pa Los compás dish first as it is a cold dish and she brought the birria first. No drinks/water were offered while we had our birria so Overall just disappointed.

This place is usually packed, so I made sure to call ahead to check if there would be a seat available for two people at 4 p.m. The girl answering the phone told me to just walk in without making a reservation, and when I asked if they had chicken tacos, she said they did. So I walk in, and they expect us to wait, but thankfully I explained the situation and was seated in five minute. We were disappointed because we wanted to order the chips with bean dip, which they didn't have today. We also asked for chicken tacos, which we thought were available over the phone, but they didn't have any. I also asked for mozzarella sticks, but they ran out of mozzarella , so we ended up getting a very small portion of chicken quesadillas. 9$ for a single 7-inch tortilla chicken topped with cheese and a small portion of rice on the side.
