Very disappointed in this place. $6.50 for a riceball the size of the palm of my hand...which is not very big

This place was really good since last year but now they do not have good quality and customer service so bad I ordered birthday cake and it was cracked when I told the lady which is manger for the bakery yelling at me and said you want the money back and because I born and grow in Canada I don’t understand what you are saying.so sad lady that you born and grow in Canada and you forgot the fact that Canada built with immigrants .

Hot table food is fresh and delicious! I also like their whole wheat bread. Service at hot table is great - they're helpful and friendly. It's a little pricey but the portions are huge so the price is worth it. I'm not too fond of their pastries though. I've only had them a couple of times and they didn't seem fresh or extraordinary for a Woodbridge Cafe. But 5 stars because I visit the hot table often and they have great breads!

My family and I have been going to St.Phillips for years, they were my go to whenever I was buying pastries and cakes for any celebration. I reached out to have cakes made for my bridal shower and wedding (for 35 guests) and it was nightmare to get anyone to fulfill the order! I emailed, called back when I was told to and emailed again at their request multiple times when the cake requests were very straightforward. I also never argued with price, I was happy to pay anything because I know the quality has always been excellent. I gave up emailing by my third time and decided to find another baker. I’m giving 2 stars because I want to thank st.Phillips, since the rude interactions led me to find an incredible baker. Everyone loved our cakes so much, and it showed me that there are bakers in the gta providing not only delicious and beautiful cakes but also wonderful customer service. I was sure to tell my guests interested in the cakes about my negative experience with St.Phillips.

I use to go here a few times a month, however my last experience will be my last.
I ordered a veal and chicken sandwich to go. Well, talk about paper thin, plus the price increase. We are done.

Ordered a rum cake with no rum for my sons birthday, was ridiculously sweet, everyone ate just one or two bites, had to throw it away. Stay away, never order cake from this bakery.

I recently ordered a bday cake for my sister and not only did it look great it tasted delicious the best cake I have tasted and I am not much of a cake eater but this was too incredibly delicious to pass, it’s been so long since I’ve been to this bakery and the quality and taste is still so amazing i highly recommend for your next occasion cause I will definitely come back.

Called into the bakery to ask about pricing for their coconut cream pies but the woman who answered the phone immediately met me with terrible attitude.

Was told the pie is $12.99 but definitely will NOT be buying if that’s the kind of attitude I’ll be face with there.
