I've come here pretty much all of my life and in that plaza, stores and restaurants come and go but there's a reason why this one has stuck around so long. There is something special about St. Phillips in Woodbridge.

It's cozy, comforting, informal but classy and offers a wide selection of pastries, cakes, breads and lunch hot table. I love the arrancini and deli sandwiches, I love their pastries as well (great sweet treats for special occasions)

Paid $108 for a penne a la vodka for 8 people went to pick it up brought it home opened it and there was one no penne and also not even filled up for 8 people that’s the serving for 3 at most. To make matters worse when we complained they accused us of moving the pasta and, refused to give a refund or put more pasta in it saying “it did not go out like this. “ very dissapointing from a place we go to often and will never ever forget it or go there again thank you!

This place is terrible! The hot table isn't so hot. It is currently 12:30 my veal was stone cold, it tasted bad, either the meat or the cheese had gone bad. The pasta was also cold. My husband and I ordered lunch. Soup a little piece of chicken and veal and pasta. We paid 50.00 dollars for cold food not to mention not being able to eat part of it because of the terrible taste. Do better St Phillips! You also need training in customer service. Miserable team. This will soon be a thing of the past if they don't fix their issues

Beware! They claim they made sour dough bread, not true. I tried their sour bread, paid extra and it taste exactly like regular bread. There is sour taste as authentic sour dough bread! Just ridiculous!

The MOST disrespectful staff ever. They need to be trained properly. Although their pastries are good I had giving my money to this place for the way I am treated and how overpriced this place is. They also treat you differently the younger you are. I was there with my daughter and they wouldn’t let us sit and eat because we both had to buy something. You have to pay to sit, even though she was MY daughter and I bought something for both of us to eat. Skip over this bakery if you can, the grocery store would even treat you better and give you an affordable pastry that’s worth your money.

People come here for years and have one bad experience and rate it poorly. This bakery is a staple in the community, with a great hot table, fantastic sandwiches, incredible desserts, fresh bread and a good atmosphere.

My experience wasn’t that great ! First time visiting from Oakville the cashier was miserable ! The pastries especially the peach was hard and tasteless the veal sandwich one pc of veal very cheap everywhere u go it’s always 2 pcs and the sauce was watery tasteless no richness at all !!! The calamari were really bad over cooked and of course leads to rubbery taste !! Very very disappointed ! Especially WE DROVE FROM OAKVILLE !

I come to this bakery almost every day after dropping off my son at school, and I usually spend between $25–$50 each time. The food is decent, which is honestly the only reason I’ve kept coming back, even though the prices are extremely high. But the customer service is getting unbelievable.

No matter how much you spend, they still charge you for a plastic bag, and if you ever ask for a to-go container for leftovers, they act like you’re asking for something outrageous. The attitude is honestly shocking. The tall lady with gray hair, the one with light brown hair, and even the skinny girl with black long hair who makes the coffee are consistently rude. Today the coffee girl actually got upset because I asked for an extra cup even though the first one she gave me was practically unusable.

I don’t know if they’re the owners or not, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers this way. Their business runs because of the clients, and a little basic respect should not be too much to ask. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly reconsidering coming back.
