First time trying Starbucks and I loved it. I got cheese and bacon omelette bites and a cookie crumble frappuccino and it was amazing!!! The store that I visited was very nice, clean, everything was presented nicely, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and polite. Will definitely be back at this location again!!!

This Starbucks is by far the most customer-focused, friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
I’ve been to this location about fifteen times so far I’d guess— I don’t know if they have a daily goal of building the best customer relationships across all locations, but it really feels like it.
A warm welcome with eye contact when I walk in, a genuine greeting at the register and a warm thank you and well-wishes as my order is handed over.
A lot of companies try to do the same, but the genuineness of the staff is what really makes me feel special as a customer. I feel like the team here really cares about doing a great job and wants each customer to have a better day when they leave.

Used to be a very good spot with plenty of seating but after the last renovation, they’re prioritizing take out and maximizing sales vs overall quality. The service quality has steadily go in decline to the point that you can clearly see how much rush there is to get as many coffees out the door as fast as possible. This has a drastic negative effect on customer satisfaction and the products fall short of what Starbucks should hold its standards to.
