One of the best Starbucks in the area. Even with the complicated orders (like mine) they were able to make it perfectly without any hesitation or issues.

Reading all of these comments makes sense. The young lady, who seemed to be the manager on duty, is very disrespectful and doesn’t provide proper customer service. We ordered a white chocolate mocha frap and she gave us a frap without any coffee. As per menu, this should have included coffee as its default. We advised her of this and she approached us with attitude pretty much insinuating we were the ones at fault for not ordering the drink correctly. She said we should have asked for coffee in the drink. She proceeds to ask incessantly whether we understood. Lo and behold, we had to show her the menu before she further embarrassed herself in front of her trainee. More training is needed here please. All we needed was a “sorry, let me make your drink properly.” We don’t appreciate the attitude and toxic vibes especially when we were nice throughout the request and correct initially.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Once the blender was broken, once they were out of strawberry chucks , the worst happened today. when I bought a summer berry lemonade which is supposed to be blue blended a little red colour, I got something as shown in picture and when I asked the barista the reason, she treated me rudely, repeatedly stating that this is the right colour, only because the concentration varies so the drink is not bluish as on the menu. I told her I purchased this many times and this is not the right colour. I paid a decent price, $7.86 for a lemonade, and the picture is what I got. Will never ever go to this Starbucks anymore and that rude young lady, if you couldn’t even make a right lemonade, you really shouldn’t work as barista anymore.

I was buying a drink for my daughter and she asked for no ice because is winter time and she was told that they will not fill up the glass because she has to get ice what a scam!!! You are paying and insane amount of money for a drink and they scammed you with the ice for less product just as seen on instagram don’t waste your money if you can’t get what you pay for at the very least

By far the worse Starbucks, Chinese lady screwed up my drinks twice, went back recently and she was training a new staff, asked how long it was going to take. She says you gotta wait, so I said shouldn’t you take care of your customers first? This is 5 minutes after I’ve waited and there was someone behind me waiting too, they really need to prioritize their customer service here. Never going back here even tho I live a minute away

They are not professional at all. All staffs are too old,, can’t hear properly.. and they are being mad for a lil extra requirement which is paid for.. don’t waste you money and time. No matter what they will mess up your drink.
