My birthday is on Christmas. As a healthcare worker, I worked all day Christmas and I tried to redeem my offer then but most locations were closed. I went to redeem my birthday drink today on Boxing Day on my break and the young lady at the counter was very rude and unhelpful. She did not care at all. I left with no drink, will not be coming to this location again.

I went to the this starbucks location on my break during my shift. The employee taking my order noticed my uniform and asked if I was on break. When I said yes, she made it a point to tell me she was going to make my drinks quickly for me; and she did just that. My drinks were ready in not even 3 mins. I really appreciated the small gesture. i’m not sure her name but I hope she reads this and recognizes her small act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thanks again!

Extremely Racist! The servers refuse to give me help because I am a black woman. I was the only visible minority. When it was my turn to be serviced, the servers chose to laugh and gossip about me.

Came in this afternoon and a short bald man who I’m assuming is a manager was screaming at one of the baristas in front of everyone. It was absolutely disgusting behaviour on his part there is absolutely no good reason to talk down to and yell at people like that, if your staff made a mistake there are better ways to deal with it. A full grown man screaming at a girl likely half his age or anyone for that matter is so incredibly inappropriate, disrespectful, and just unnecessary. The poor girl did not deserve that.. to that girl: I’m so sorry you were yelled at like that you didn’t deserve it and you’re doing a great job! To that bald man… shame on you learn how to speak to your staff or get a new job. I will never return to this location because of him it was shocking to watch I hope somebody does something about the disgusting treatment of this poor girl. I can only imagine how he’s speaking to the staff when customers aren’t around.
