Really disappointed in this location. The staff is very nice. I understand that mornings can be chaotic. There needs to be a better system in place though in managing mobile orders and walk in customers. Waiting over ten minutes for a coffee because there are mobile orders is unacceptable.After waiting over ten minutes for my coffee, I had to leave without my coffee due to time constraints. When I asked the barista if I was next, he told me he had lots of mobile orders to complete. I then said I had ordered over ten minutes ago. He said I would have to wait, and I said I’m sorry I’m going to have to leave. I did see the lady who came in behind me though get her coffee before mine. So I don’t know if it was an order issue or just total mismanagement of time.Please do better for next time. Thank you.

Honestly super upset. I picked up my mobile order today on my lunch brake. I thought why not treat myself to a drink.I get back to the office and I open the lid… and it’s not even full. It looks like someone drank some of it and put it back. I use to work for the company… and that’s not how you fill a cup. At all. I tried phoning the store to say something but of course I can’t get an answer.. if I’m paying $7.50 for a coffee it should be filled up properly.

It's a great location to chill and get your coffee.The only thing I don't like about this location is, there is no "Push to open" button on their doors so if you are going in with stroller or wheelchair when indigo is closed you have to ask for help .
