$15 for a 6in ham sub with only 3 small peices and not a combo? Too much $ for what you get.
Hygiene standards as very low. They handle cash with gloves and with those same gloves they start preparing new sandwiches. Why Can't they put new gloves on to prepare new sandwich?
The experience was worst. I would never ever eat at Subway. I tried giving coupon to the cashier and she said the system is not updated. She asked me for physical coupon the guy in front of me had his discount while I was not given my discount. Also the sandwich which she made she counted six olives, six jalapeños and six pickles when I asked for more like it only comes with six olives. I would never read that ever again.
They make your sub like they rationing. 100% do not recommend.

I ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi today, but when I saw the receipt, they charged me for 2 cookies.
Even when I ask them, the owner is yelling at an employee over the phone. And if you guys open the store till 11 pm, you need to open everything. The day before yesterday I ordered 2 veggie footlongs, and when I asked them to grill them, they told me that they closed the grill machine. Every time I reach there at 10:50 pm, they won't give me a grilled footlong. Every time they say, No, sorry, we can't right now. Worst experience ever after spending this much money. If I got this kind of service is good to order food from other store instead of this store.

THIS PLACE TRIED TO SCAM ME. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. I came here two weeks ago to purchase a sandwich and drink. They asked me to swipe my card twice, because their system was giving issues and it declined. After that the lady asked me to e-transfer them. I told her I didn’t have my phone accessible but if I can use her phone I can do it. She said no, just wait for someone to come fix the system. 10 minutes later someone came and told me she just woke up out her bed to come deal with this and she asked me to swipe my card once more. This time it showed APPROVED. She then asked me to swipe my card again because she didn’t receive the payment. I said this makes no sense it showed me that it was APPROVED. She was going back and forth with someone on the phone instructing her what to do( speaking in their Indian language). She started arguing with me and she went on to say she will refund me IF I swipe my card one more time and it goes through and I said no I’m not doing that. I asked her to use the subway phone to call the bank to prove it went through, cause I didn’t have my phone accessible. She said no I can’t do that. I need to pay again. I asked to speak to the manager and she was talking in her language on the phone, she told me no I can’t do that either- they are sleeping. We kept arguing back and forth and she went on to say she can’t give me my food because she didn’t receive payment. I was already in this store for 40 minutes going back and forth with them. I finally went outside to my car and realized my phone was in the car so I brought it back inside to show her that I was charged for the food. She went on to say no they didn’t receive payment, AFTER I SHOWED PROOF FROM MY BANK. She held my food hostage and kept arguing with me. I told her they’re running a SCAM and this isn’t the way to do business because now I’m being held hostage. She kept gaslighting me, in which I got upset and hit the glass shield. She said I was harassing her and I ended up calling the police who then came and I showed them proof of payment. She still refused to give me my food. She said she will only give me the sandwich. It makes no sense why she would only give me the sandwich when I PAID for the sandwich and drink. The officer told her to give me the food and he will pay again for it. This place have no customer service skills and no business etiquette.

One person there to serve a long line up the girl was running out off stuff had to ask for fresh lettuce. Didn't get tomatoes. Sandwich was rushed

One of the best experience I ever had! I ordered for take out. Sub was perfectly prepared and loaded as per my expectation. Behaviour of the staff was very nice.
