I had just placed an order through skip the dishes..they never say on the App that the chicken rancher sub come with bacon inside..and I don’t eat bacon..so I decided to call the store the customer service along with the store manager who can hardly speak ENGLISH on the phone telling me that is not them problem…that is a skip the dishes problem..poor customer service needed to do BETTER!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway,all thanks to Preeti .She was incredibly quick,making my experience efficient without compromising on quality.The veggie Delite sandwich she prepared was perfectly toasted with cheese ,avocado scoop , crispy onions , veggies and grilled .The delicious sandwich really made my day and I left feeling satisfied .Highly recommend Preeti'way.

Worst staff ever. Would not let you use washroom if you don’t buy something. Bylaw no restaurant can deny access to washroom to anybody.

This is the best location that I have ever been.They take care of hygiene properly and change gloves frequently.One of the employee Priya really helped me by suggesting best sauces and was energetic while working.Really appreciate whole team of this location.

Service was terrible and got sick after eating. I should have requested them.to change gloves but the staff were all unresponsive and had not pleasant attitude specifically one named Priya. She was sloppy and rushed order. Never will go back to these folks...maybe the management needs to retrain the staff.

The website had a deal (buy a footlong, get one free) and it wasn’t working online because “the servers are busy” according to the staff working here. We tried it a couple times on 2 different phones.They refused to honour the online deal. Very very disappointed in Subway. Don’t advertise deals that don’t work on your websites.
