Very disappointing experience at Sunset Grill. I ordered the avocado toast and it was honestly not worth $9 at all — barely any guacamole, and what was there tasted bland and watery. The portion was tiny and looked carelessly made. For the price, you expect something fresh and properly prepared, not something that looks like it was thrown together in a rush. Home fries were so bland and undercooked too
On top of that, the customer service was poor. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and there was no effort to make the experience better when I mentioned the issue. Overall, low quality food and bad service. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

They are definitely reheating their food. It comes out way too quick for it to be fresh and you can tell by how the potatoes are stale and the veggies and the spinach look as if they have been microwaved. It tastes just OK. Today they had a hair in my food which i discovered halfway after eating my food. Service is good and the lady who works the counter is friendly.
Sadly, this will be my last time visiting this location.

I visited Sunset Grill on Hwy 27 and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service. After informing the staff about my pork allergy, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The chef prepared my eggs and potatoes on a separate pan instead of the shared grill, ensuring my meal was safe. I truly appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. Great food, thoughtful staff—thank you for making my dining experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately no, the waitress just seems inattentive My dad and I were not offered water upon sitting down.
My dad ordered a meat lovers poutine and only found tiny morsels of bacon.
I ordered an omlette with cheddar and WHITE rye. My rye was not white and she didnt end up adding cheddar. Seems like pretty easy requests.
