The main reason for all the stars is Nicole. When I say EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, I mean it. She was sincere, she was attentive and made sure that we had a great experience. This is true customer service and alot of restaurants can learn from her, especially the Swiss Chalets in Brampton.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy Food was cold. Chicken was dry. Service was slow. I don’t know things just are not like they used to be. I really had a good opportunity to dine in – It was a Saturday night place wasn’t even that busy. What are you gonna do? Don’t eat there and did I mention the restaurant needs a good deep cleaning tables were Just as sticky as the floor Bathrooms had cold water to sign it all up I give you zero stars management really needs to show up.
