This is my favorite Teriyaki Experience location. Food is always good at this location. Today was the best cooked meal and friendly service from a young lady with gold rim glasses. She cooked it perfectly and was so friendly. Highly recommend this location for their freshness.

It's okay it'll satisfy a teriyaki craving, but the menu layout could be significantly improved. The in-store menu options and prices don't match what's on the website which is a waste of my time. The menu doesn't show all the options, doesn't show the specials, and importantly doesn't tell you what's in each item (which would be good to know for my nut allergy). Why should I have to sit and google your website to figure out what you sell and what's in your food while I'm standing looking at your menu? It's not that hard to make a simple menu - stop trying to be fancy with all the graphics and tell me what you have.

They should rename the place to rice and some teriyaki because that's what you get. 70% rice with 30% protein. And it's very expensive for what you get. $40 for two people for mostly rice

I came to order from this location and they are closed at 7:11pm and the door doesn’t have hours of operation posted on the door, just blank time slots. Oh and on google it mentions the close time at 8pm on a Wednesday…. So 🤷🏼♀️pretty disappointing

This review deserves to a be a lot higher. The low reviews confuse me, maybe there are quality issues in off or later hours but this lunch is delicious. Fresh veggies, lots of protein and smothered in their awesome sauce just how I remember it. Is it a little pricier? Sure compared to like McDonalds, but the food makes you feel good and fills you up in the right way. I get the Hot and Spicy chicken with extra chicken. I have convinced my boss recently to take our entire team here and everyone has had a pleasant experience.
Just keep in mind, the ordering is a fairly quick process so know what you want, your protein, sauces and add ons. I always double the protein.
Things can get a little expensive, again compared to what. It is all expensive and this is cheap for the big bowl you get. Lunch has a busy in and out crowd which seems to be consistent. Pumps with work life and energy during the week. Overall a solid 5.
I miss the teriyaki of old. they all seem to be one-off restos with a disjointed corporate franchise focus. They are EXTREMELY inconsistent location by location. (the corporation I mean.)

The food at this location is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I come here a lot. The service is great! The workers are so friendly, pleasant, and kind. I was surprised to see a 3.7 rating to be honest because they deserve a 5 rating. The server here knows I have an allergy to carrots and she always handles my food with caution. I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. I give this restaurant an easy two thumbs up. I will be back again soon. Thank you! :)

They served me rancid salmon.. I understand its raw i eat raw salmon all the time but it was slimy it had a strong fishy smell to it. Called the location to speak to a manager and they refused to give me an email. Lady over the phone fought with me trying to tell me its fresh and that i didnt know what fresh salmon tasted like. Definitely contacting the city to get a food inspector out there.

I dined this afternoon for a pre workout meal and was extremely pleased with the outcome of my experience. I don’t typically leave reviews on restaurants but today I experienced 10/10 service and I felt like I had no choice but to leave a review. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady with a smile and positive energy. I received my food fresh and at a reasonable time. Also, I was positively shocked to open my bag and see that the young lady added extra spring rolls! :)Thank you so much for the great service and I highly recommend coming here.
