I dined this afternoon for a pre workout meal and was extremely pleased with the outcome of my experience. I don’t typically leave reviews on restaurants but today I experienced 10/10 service and I felt like I had no choice but to leave a review. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady with a smile and positive energy. I received my food fresh and at a reasonable time. Also, I was positively shocked to open my bag and see that the young lady added extra spring rolls! :)Thank you so much for the great service and I highly recommend coming here.

Very dirty venue. Salmon was boiled white fish, not sure it was even salmon. Very small portions, bowl was half full. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a fantastic experience here. Went with my parents and we usually go to the other location on highway 27. The food was way better here and had more vegetables in the dishes. Staff were very nice. Will be going back!

Never disappointed with the high quality super tender juicy beef with fried udon noodle and extra protein (tofu). The ginger sesame balance is just perfect , not too salty, with a nice savoury tang to it. Always quick friendly service.

I had lunch here last week. I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate and asked for extra rice. I was told it was a $1.50 charge. For $1.50 I can buy a WHOLE bag of rice. Would it be too much to put an extra tablespoon of rice on my plate? That would make the difference between coming back here or not. To top it off, they put rice on my dish and weighed it and put some rice back into the rice cooker as it must have been over weight. Can you believe that? How cheap can you be as a restaurant owner to try to save on rice? I sent my comments to their head office and to date, no one has replied. Their parent company is Innovative Food Brands (IFB) in case they read this. Definitely not worth the $14+ that I paid. The place can also use a good cleaning as it doesn't appear as though they clean it too often. Based on so many one-star reviews, head office should really step in and make some changes if they want to protect their brand.

Japanese-inspired flavorful fast food prepared before you! You get fresh ingredients; piping hot, prepared on a teppanyaki iron grill. I got the chicken with assorted vegetables protein bowl (keto inspired ?) with hot/spicy sauce and miso soup. The interior is compact and clean with courteous friendly staff.My next visit will be their "hot & spicy chicken with yakisoba noodles.

This place is a disgrace to Japanese Culture. They do not use ramen noddle and called it Ramen, charged $15 for it. The noodle was so overcooked, they just split when using chopstick. The broth was nothing special but bland.

I normally love Teriyaki Experience, but this location was the worst. They cook using the Teriyaki sauce, rather than water, which made the food extremely salty. Had to throw half of it out.

Went to lunch to this place and they try to charge full price if I wanted a smaller portion. Makes no sense they weren’t even trying to find a solution and wanted to charge more right from the beginning (I wanted less of everything in bowl - rice and chicken + vegetables). Very disappointed!
