Worst customer service experienced ever.

We really like Thai food but will never be returning.

I am writing this review even before I have received my order so can’t comment on the food quality.
You guys really need to work on providing some customer service skills to the lady on the cashier machine else it’s going to impact you all.

Sorry to state but there was also a problem with her being clearly racist - was being polite with white people in front of us which was evident that she’s not liking us being here and probably not able to digest our presence. Very sad that no one in your employee base has noticed and corrected this behaviour.

I ordered from this Thai Express for the first time, as I usually go to another location near my home. Since I was in this plaza shopping, I decided to give this one a try, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was extremely dry and not saucy at all. There was too much soy sauce, which made the noodles dark. I ended up wasting about $70 worth of food. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location. I expected the same quality as other Thai Express locations, but unfortunately, this one did not meet that standard.

I have another Thai Express closer to my house, but I come to this one because the service, food and restaurant are amazing. the staff is so kind and they make the food delicious with amazing portion sizes. The restaurant is also very clean and I've seen staff clean thoroughly often.

picked up take out but it was expecting the little black and green box but it was in a styrofoam container which i didn't like didn't seem worth what i paid and it was really hot with that white container.

Food is mid but workers are nice. I paid $20 and got 4 small pieces of chicken.. rip off

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – Totally Disappointing
I ordered two chicken Pad Thais and was shocked to find only one small piece of chicken in the entire dish. I paid $20 for basically just noodles. It was so ridiculous I had to take a video to prove it. For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable.
