The service was wonderful and so friendly.
We were only 4 people, but each with different tastes and restrictions. My wife is Italian, and fairly picky especially about restaurants. But we all enjoyed a wonderful meal together.

For an authentic Italian experience, be sure to request the hot pepper oil for your bread, pizza, pasta, etc.

I'll definitely consider That's Italian the next time we have an event to host.

They were most accommodating, and as we did not have a reservation during our visit to Toronto, they graciously ensured we were seated at a table.

There were six of us in total.

Each person selected a different dish.

My husband enjoyed the lasagna, and my daughter opted for a pizza.

One grandson had ravioli, my other grandson chose spaghetti and meatballs, while my son-in-law savored a pasta dish and a salad.

I decided upon the Grey Goose vodka pasta.

We all found our meals to be thoroughly enjoyable, and our server provided excellent service.

First my son and I were placed at a table where I had zero space to get into my chair and my son’s chair was in the aisle where traffic is constant and right beside the door to the kitchen. I had chicken parmigiana. The chicken was paper thin and hard as a rock-that was a first to experience that kind of chicken. Alfredo sauce on the pasta tasted like garlic. I didn’t even eat half of the food. I told the waitress my concerns/feedback and they didn’t even offer a discount/refund on the food.

Not interested in returning there.

I normally don't do this right away but I wanted to write a quick review to thank the staff of That's Italian. On relatively short notice, we organized a small backyard 24th birthday party for our daughter and about a dozen of her friends. Our experience from getting info, to ordering, to pickup were all great. The food was hot and packaged very professionally. Our small order of chicken parmigiana and vodka penne was delicious and our guests (many of them Italian) raved about the food. We'll definitely order from That's Italian again for our next event and look forward to coming to the restaurant for dinner in the near future.

We were looking for a place to try for Vaughan Flavours. That’s Italian was immediately recommended. First off, the staff was amazing. The choices of food was plenty. Portions was perfect. In fact; the three course meal could last me until the following day. I’m good with just the bread and the chilly oil. Highly recommended. Yes, I will return to try their other dishes.

Mitch gave us an amazing service, she was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Food was delicious, we ordered the pastalicious menu which was a 3 course meal: appetizer, main dish and dessert. Everything was perfect, we didn't have to wait long time and the food was fresh. I would definitely go back to this place and I hope to see Mitch again, she's the best!!!

We ordered the cheese pizza, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, and arancini balls with tomato sauce — everything was excellent. The pasta was freshly made in-house, with just the right amount of cream and perfectly cooked chicken. The pizza had a thin, crispy handmade crust — exactly how it should be. Don’t forget to ask for the chili oil — it’s a game-changer. Great spot. Will be back.

Don’t understand why this place gets less than 5 stars. I know it is hard to satisfy everyone plus some are miserable all the time. This place is amazing. The pizza and pasta dishes are done to perfection. Thanks to the chef for such a nice lunch ❤️🥂

I made a mistake with my online order, instead of just a later time in the day, I put in for the wrong day. They were so helpful and were able to put my order in and get it done within 30 minutes. The food was great and saved our dinner party, thanks again!
