Enjoyed my visit to the keg with a couple of friends. Sat outside in the patio on a beautiful Saturday night. Had a great server who was very attentive to our needs. We shared the calamari appetizer. I had the beef dip with a pitcher of beer and it was fantastic outing. The only thing that was strange is there was not chocolate type of desserts.. overall a very pleasant time

Don't sit on the benches across from the bar. If someone wants to kick their feet against it all night, you feel the vibration. Silly design. Lobster roll is also terrible.

It's always a great experience at this venue. Great service, excellent food and a really nice vibe. Not the cheapest place to eat butt well with it.

Unforgettable lunch at The Keg on Hwy 27! The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and Harmandeep's service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond with his professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor, making us feel like royalty. The cozy atmosphere and mouth-watering food were the perfect complement to an already amazing experience. Highly recommend this Keg location for a top-notch dining experience!

I’m a longtime Keg customer and usually visit the King Street West or Keg Mansion locations — both are consistently excellent with great service and food. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like that.
From the moment we sat down, the service was rude and dismissive. I asked a simple question about the menu, and our waitress walked away mid-sentence. My guest ordered a drink that tasted completely off, and when he asked about it, she snapped, “It’s supposed to taste like that,” without any effort to help.
The food took forever to come, and when it finally arrived, it was burnt (see photo). I was with a guest from out of town, so I didn’t want to complain and make the situation uncomfortable — but I was genuinely embarrassed to have brought them here.
To top it all off, when she handed over the card machine and we both said “thank you,” she completely ignored us and just walked away. No smile, no acknowledgment — just more bad attitude.
This location is a huge letdown and doesn’t live up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from The Keg. I won’t be returning to this one.

Aug 14, 2025 at Bar Area: I was really disappointed with my recent visit to The Keg, especially since it’s nowhere near the standard I’ve experienced at other Keg locations. The service was painfully slow, and our waitress seemed more like a robot than someone who actually cared about the experience — no warmth, no friendliness, just going through the motions.
I ordered the prime rib and onion soup, but the bread it came with was burnt, which already set the tone. I also decided to try a Grand Marnier with cranberry at the end, but the drink tasted off. When I mentioned it, the waitress brushed it off, saying it’s because they use “Oasis brand” juice — no apology, no offer to replace it, just a dismissive explanation.
To make matters worse, I came in expecting to enjoy something from their happy hour menu (as shown on their website) since I wasn’t looking to eat a full meal, but this location doesn’t even have a happy hour.
Overall, the lack of customer service, the disappointing food and drinks, and the misleading information made the whole experience underwhelming. Definitely not what I expect from The Keg, and I won’t be rushing back.

Amazing food and even better service! Carman’s friendly vibe and attention to detail made the evening that much better. He was welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked in just the right amount.
Delicious apps and steaks. Very friendly staff. Accommodated our group of 17 with ease.
We just had an amazing night at the keg. Aaron Brown, our server, was very professional, attentive and ensured we always had everything we needed. The food was amazing and Aaron perfectly timed our courses. His demeanour made us feel like we were at a high class restaurant. We will definitely return with our friends and family.

The service was really slow and not the usual “keg” experience. Our drinks arrived watery, like they had been sitting for a while before being served. The food took a long time to come. But overall, the restaurant vibe was enjoyable.

We love the Keg in general and we typically have great experiences at most locations, but this location is not one we'd personally return to again. The vibes were off throughout the entire dining experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the front. We waited over 5 minutes before someone came to greet us and bring us to a table. Once seated, the service felt very disorganized and sparse. We had different waiters serving us and we had to get up a few times to go find one of them for assistance. One of the servers had an overall dry demeanour. Once the bill came, we paid in cash and that same server didn't provide our full change and simply rounded up. For example, if the total was $77.30, and we gave $100, the server only gave back $20. The server took the bill and the cash, walked away and came back with a stack of cash in their hands and pulled out the $20 and placed it on the table and walked away. Also, another thing I noticed is that every time we dine at the Keg, the waiter asks if we're celebrating something special. The waiters at this location did not ask that question, which leads me to believe that they don't really care about their customers. I noticed the same thing in another review from 2 weeks ago, so it seems it's a common experience. Simply put, at other locations, we get the upscale dining experience, and this location falls short of providing that overall experience and does not provide a welcoming atmosphere. I don't think the employees here are properly trained to provide excellent service.
