Bought a Gaggia Velasca machine last year from them. Love it. Went in for a service issue today & Antonio resolved things in a matter of minutes. He even helped me with our family’s old Alessi Cafeteria. Again, in minutes. It’s obvious that Antonio likes good coffee machines. There is no substitute for 40 years experience. This is the place to go.

I bought a La Pavoni here two years ago and came back for some services. Tony was super helpful and knowledgeable. Both times he provided friendly guidance and today also showed me how to keep the machine in its best. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store when you have any coffee machine or kitchenware needs!

Last year I was looking for La Pavoni espresso machine and that is how I met Tony. I went to his store and at that time he was talking to other costumers, but when he asked what I was looking for and I said La Pavoni his whole expression changed. He became exited and he told me about his life long experience with La Pavoni. Tony explained to me the differences in various models and I made my choice.
I bought my La Pavoni and when he realized that I didn't have a proper grinder he gave me a bag of coffee.
Since then I have been there several times and Tony always has been very helpful.
