I walked in with my broken machine which I bought years ago someplace else hoping it would be repaired. The owner took the time to clean it and figure out what was wrong with it even though he didn’t repair this type of coffee machine. He spent nearly 30 minutes trying to fix it. Did not charge me anything for his generous time. When I buy a new coffee machine it will definitely be from him. Top service!
What a hidden Gem! We purchased our 1st La Pavoni Bottecelli café ☕️ machine.
Unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend if you are looking for the ultimate espresso experience.
Explained in great detail every aspect of machine. Uncrated, set it up and tested in front of us. Truky the only place you need to shop for your next café!
Thank you kindly for taking good care of us.
Outstanding Service and Expertise!
I recently brought in my old 220v La Pavoni Professional espresso machine with a broken heating element (European model running on a power transformer). Tony was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue, and we decided to convert the machine to 110v so it could run directly without the transformer.
Tony did an amazing job with the conversion. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and he made sure everything was in perfect working condition before I took it home.
The whole team at Northwest Kitchenware was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
If you care about quality work, honest advice, and great people, I can’t recommend Northwest Kitchenware highly enough!
Best coffee & machines around! Great customer service and great quality products! Highly recommended!
Fantastic service. My Pavoni wasn't working properly, took it in, Tony knew exactly what to do and fixed it right on the spot! Amazing customer service!
I just bought a La Pavoni Espresso machine. Tony was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about the machine and calibrated everything for me perfectly. Highly recommend anyone looking for an espresso machine or accessories. Great guy, great company.
Tony and his family have been providing me and my family with our coffee and kitchenware needs for almost 20 years. From day one, the experience at Northwest Kitchenware has been second to none. I've purchased everything from coffee machines to pasta pots with every visit being welcomed with a warm smile, a genuine sense of service and a level of expertise seldom found anywhere else. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. It will be the last place you ever go for your coffee and kitchenware needs. I guarantee it! PS their house brand of coffee beans are tops!! It's called Saggi Caffe. Ask for it by name and taste the quality in every espresso you enjoy 👌.
If you’re a true coffee aficionado, this is your store. It’s like going for espresso in Italy…the owner makes you feel like his favourite customer. He’ll even make you a coffee, he likes to chat and he’ll make you laugh. All that on top of the fact the he has the best selection of espresso machines and accessories in the GTA. We have a La Pavoni and he’s the only person who sells and services those (I think). I highly recommend!
We drove from midtown to visit this amazing shop! Tony was so patient and helpful as we decided on a new espresso machine. It was a busy Saturday morning, but we never felt rushed. He even followed up with a check in call to make sure the machine is working well... Our coffee experience has been significantly upgraded since the weekend. I don't hesitate to recommend this store and the lovely family that runs it...
No one locally would or could fix my pre-Millenium La Pavoni espresso maker. I saw my exact model a couple years ago in a glass “heritage” display case in a cafe in Rome next to the Trevi Fountain. So that sets the scene. Tony took my machine and surgically rebuilt it almost entirely!! He showed me pictures on his phone of the process and the bit and pieces he dug out yo be replaced. Everything from gaskets, to pressure valves, and even the base itself. THIS is a master craftsman and someone who is passionate about their craft. Such a friendly yet to-the-point professional of over 40 years. He is the consummate Italian shopkeeper from my past (and only the movies nowadays); he greeted my wife and I with espressos and tested my machine for me to show it is perfect now; perfect draw and perfect velvety crema. Thank you Tony for saving my “baby” :-).

They absolutely deserve more than a 5 stars review. We were amazed with their support, transparency and passion to what they are doing.
Antonio and Steve and the rest of their small team made everything so smooth for us. 2 minutes of chat built the trust I needed.
We travelled all the way from Burlington to buy a coffee machine and it’s all worth it! We’ll be back many times for other stuff for sure 🤞🏽
If you’re looking for a place to buy an espresso machine this is it. Great staff, very knowledgeable, 10/10
Bought a Gaggia Velasca machine last year from them. Love it. Went in for a service issue today & Antonio resolved things in a matter of minutes. He even helped me with our family’s old Alessi Cafeteria. Again, in minutes. It’s obvious that Antonio likes good coffee machines. There is no substitute for 40 years experience. This is the place to go.
Great service
I bought a La Pavoni here two years ago and came back for some services. Tony was super helpful and knowledgeable. Both times he provided friendly guidance and today also showed me how to keep the machine in its best. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store when you have any coffee machine or kitchenware needs!
