ordered coffee and food from this Tim Hortons and the whole experience was a mess. The coffee was full of nonsense — it wasn’t mixed properly and tasted completely off. The wrap I received didn’t look anything like it was supposed to; it was thrown together carelessly and tasted just as bad. On top of that, the potato wedges weren’t even hot, like they had been sitting out forever. And the chipotle dipping sauce? The bottom of the container was open, leaking everywhere. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately this is the closest location to me so I end up here, but they consistently provide horrible rude service at the drive thru, they always get my order wrong and act like it's my fault. Today they gave me my iced coffee without any ice, when I told her they forgot to add the ice she just threw in a bunch of crushed iced that made the drink splatter everywhere and handed it back to me. The iced coffee also tasted horrible. Don't waste your time going to this location.
