For some reason especial in evening time . This place turns in to a disaster with service and quality of tims products . If I could give 0 star I would . I never got a correct coffee or food i have ordered here . Management needs to get some employees here from Major MacKenzie and 400 location .

I visited this Tim Hortons location this morning and ordered the new Chocolate Pistachio drink. The staff informed me they couldn’t prepare it because they don’t have the required machine. Having previously worked at Tim Hortons as a manager for three years, I was surprised by this response. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

Poor service, food cold , place so dirty I have no idea why Tim Horton over the past few years shift away from good coffee shop to pizza or burger restaurant this kind food has distracted from their core of coffee and baked goods. So I delete your app and I'm not going to any Tim Horton any more.
