Yes is really is that bad. I'd rather wait in line at a full Tim's. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a latte. The latte is on thier menu but ofcourse they say they don't have it. I get to the window, get 1 sandwich instead of 2. Go to eat the sandwich, no sausage in it lol. Absolutly not a care in the world with these guys

Very special exprence hear today,a manager she is lady one customer was at the back of the line and she talk different language give him the order ahead and he pay at same time at the cashier, this is not professional service, and she is a manager on duty at timhortons on the location.

I go her for breakfast in the morning and honestly the morning shift gets my order right or does my order well maybe 1/5 times. Also rude over the mic. Generally a crappy experience

TIM HORTON’S: Urgent Need for Team Retraining
I’ve noticed that the staff at this location seem quite intimidated by their manager, which creates a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. It feels like their main goal is to rush customers through the drive-thru, 90% leading to incorrect orders.
It’s really frustrating to get home and find out your order is wrong—like asking for cream and getting milk instead. I’ve also been overcharged multiple times because the prices aren’t communicated clearly, and asking for a receipt feels like an unusual request to them.
To make matters worse, when you try to call the location, no one answers the phone, making it impossible to resolve issues quickly.
If the staff were at least friendly, it would make the experience more bearable. As it stands, I recommend visiting a different location for better food and customer service.
Tim Hortons please bring back quality service!

Whoever took my order in the drivethrough had the personality of a cardboard box. No "welcome to tim hortons can I take your order" like most do. She said "what do you want"? Then pushed like every item was the last . She didn't review it, the said drive up. There was no interaction after that. She was obviously annoyed that she had take my order and let it be known. Every other Tim's has ended the transaction with "have a nice day" something to close out the visit. I will NEVER go back. My passenger said "oh yeah this is the worst Tim's, I order a sandwich and every single time they say they are out of them. Since when? and no offers of substitutes. You employees need to learn how to talk to your customers. Maybe where you're from it's the norm, not here.

Today, at 10:20 pm the girl who’s taking order on drive thru she was so rude, firstly there was no car on drive thru, after so long time she asked me for order and again and again she was saying wait wait I could clearly hear she was talking to someone I also tell her ‘ I’m can’t hear you’ then she again quit for a while It was so annoying so desrespectfull finally after wasting my time and energy I left that drive thru without having food. I’ll never visit this place again.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Everyone at the window has an attitude problem, except for the select few 1 or 2 new workers. To the younger girl with the glasses at the drive thru, never work at the window because you have a terrible and completely unnecessary attitude. Today I asked for the $3 meal (breakfast sandwich and coffee), she repeated my order at the speaker and I couldn’t hear so I asked her to repeat herself and immediately was met with a hostile response. It turns out she didn’t even take my order down properly and gave me attitude again at the window when another worker asked her about my coffee which she forgot to take down. Another time when she couldn’t hear me, she rudely told me, “Speak loud”. These are just two of many hostile and rude interactions I have had with her. Overall, I am always being rushed at this location. You guys are so worried about your drive thru times that all sense of customer service has flown out the window.
