Kind personnel. Fast service. One of the best coffee pit stops in GTA.

I waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was my turn she said she couldn't make me a sandwich so I asked for a bagel and she said she wouldn't make me that either. What kind of place is this?

I am diabetic I had to go to the washroom badly. The men’s washroom was out of order the Manager Ms. Sabrina kindly told me to wait for her, checked the ladies washroom and let me in to use it, while I was inside she waited outside for me. I was in shock with the experience. I want to thank her from my heart. Even the seating area all clean and well kept. Thank you Sabrina for your help and support. I will definitely come again to this Tim Hortons.

The lady in the Saturday morning at 6:30 am is so rude. Every Saturday . I get tea from her and she is always rude . It is been third time she did this with me. I will Never visit again.

Ordered 2 sesame seed bagels with butter in the drive thru. I get to the window and pay for it, only for them to try to hand over two everything bagels with butter, claiming that the sesames are done. Why would you make me pay and then hand me something I didn't ask for?
So I went inside to see what other options were available. Only to see a few sesame seed bagels. This leaves me to believe that I was given someone else's order that they didn't want. Regardless, these people are dishonest

Never going to Tim hortons from today. The old lady working there is so rude to all the customer including me. And she is such a racist I met in Canada. How tim hortons accepts this type of people as their cashier.
Really really disappointed.
I prefer no one to go their.
Service should be the goal for the organization, but there we should get violated get a coffee!!!

I recently visited a Tim Hortons location and had an extremely disappointing experience. As an Indian customer, I felt I was treated with disrespect and rudeness, while other customers of different communities received much better treatment.
The staff's behavior towards me was not just indifferent but outright rude, which was shocking and unacceptable. It felt as though they were making a distinction based on my ethnicity, which is completely against the principles of fairness and respect that every customer should expect.
Tim Hortons has always been a place where I expected to enjoy my time, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I urge Tim Hortons to ensure that all their customers are treated with the same level of respect, regardless of their background.
I hope that management takes this seriously and addresses such behavior so that no one else has to go through such an experience in the future.

I am lactose intolerant and so I asked for oat milk and even saw it on the screen that she clicked it. But I still ended up getting regular milk and had to take my meds. ?
