The staff is incredibly rude about technical difficulties on their end. Their card reader wasn’t working and they felt it appropriate to demean me, insinuate I had no money, and they swore at me. I will be contacting corporate. So rude. So shameful, not what tim hortons stands for

tried gaslighting us about our order gave us something completely different and were so rude. we had the receipt which is the only reason they fixed the order. go to any other timmies just not this one. many people I know have also gotten their credit card information stolen here at this location beware

One of the cleanest and perfect tim I've ever tried
This coffee shop is near my house and used to be my favorite spot. I would always come three or four times a day with my family to get coffee. But now, every time we come, the coffee and the food are just terrible, and the staff are very rude. There’s this girl, I found out her name is Taran, who always works at the window and she’s extremely disrespectful, never says hello or thank you. She has messed up my order several times, and once she even gave me peanut butter by mistake, even though I have an allergy. I had to return it and it was just a very unpleasant experience. I heard she’s a supervisor, but a supervisor should be friendly, organized, and polite. I really hope you hire someone better, because a lot of our friends and neighbors are also complaining about this place. Thank you very much
I went through the drive tru today for a coffee and there was an Indian girl with her head covered .she gave my coffee in A very rude manner and there was another person inside speaking in Hindi and seemed busy . When I looked at my order I realized it was wrong and I told her that she was busy taking and I my order wrong and she took it back and started scolding me in Hindi , thinking I didn’t understand. She also lied about her name when I asked her . And I found out from the front staff that her name is Taran and she is the supervisor. I was really shocked because a supervisor should be kind and know how to communicate well instead she ruined my day with that coffee I request that you hire nicer staff who can at least speak properly.

Great hardworking staff, very attentive to customers considering how busy it gets, could probably use more staff as it looked very intense but they work as fast as humanly possible to ensure nobody is kept waiting. I regret not getting the young gentleman's name but he in particular was an exceptional multitasker and was very hospitable despite the pressure he must have been under. I hope such efforts don’t go unnoticed, love to see great service and will be back to this Tims more often.

I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but after multiple visits, I can confidently say this is one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, something goes wrong. Either the staff can't hear properly, or they input the order completely wrong, even though it's clearly displayed on the screen in front of me. You correct them once, and somehow it still ends up messed up by the time you get to the window.
The energy inside is just... off. The workers seem disengaged, almost like they don't want to be there. I’m not expecting 5-star service at a coffee shop, but basic courtesy, listening, and getting the order right should be the bare minimum.
If you’re in a rush or just want a simple coffee without the headache, I honestly recommend skipping this one. It’s consistently frustrating, and based on how things have been lately, it doesn't seem like anyone’s trying to improve it.
Hopefully this location turns it around soon, but for now, it’s a hard pass for me.

Horrible experience at this Tim Hortons every time I come me and everybody I know have all been experiencing the same thing over the last year. These new people who are working there are rude and experienced and disrespectful. They don’t want to help and they always have something to say, whether they’re whispering quietly as if you can’t hear them You could never make any adjustments to your meal or if they get the order wrong they give you attitude if you ask them to correct it. i’ve been going to the Tim Hortons for years but lately it’s been so bad that I’m just not even gonna come here anymore even though it’s the closest Tim Hortons to my house I can’t take it anymore.
