Genuinely amazing people in their souls, so kind so helpful and such amazing support. Location is spotless, brand new and orders/food was excellent.

Both absolutely incredible, I hope you order when they're there. Most amazing tims experience ever!!!!! Hope you all visit this location regularly and are served by them both!!!!

I am a regular customer, which I literally come ever single day on my way to work but the staff who works on Sunday was very rude, inaccurate, and still claim that they have the right order. I paid extra amount for no reason in order to get the true order. Very disappointed, never coming to this location again

Today my boyfriend went through the drive-thru and placed an order for two Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowls and one Habanero Lime Chicken Bowl, plus two large Blackberry Yuzu drinks. However, we received three Habanero Lime Chicken Bowls instead of the two Cilantro Lime ones we ordered.
We tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered the phone. It’s really disappointing because the food was not what we wanted, and there’s no way to reach anyone to fix the mistake.
