Please Understand im not a person who leave reviews . i have never left a review from long time and specially not negative review . I order same thing every single time i go here and not once has my coffee ever tasted the same it genuinely taste like tap water . i love tim horton so it taken a lot of screwed up order for me to actually hate this location before it was so good but now day by day it getting worst i always go around 10 Am on saturday the lady never greet always in rush even if its not that busy and they never make the wrap toasted even if ask for it i wounder the wrap they give customer will they dare to eat the same !!! i dont like this location no more after requesting them so many times to make it nicely but still its getting worst day by day i will love if management will look into this !!!

Very disappointed with the staffâs behavior. I went to order an Oreo Ice Capp, but it wasnât available. So I ordered a Vanilla one instead. The staff member was extremely rude and looked like she didnât even want to make it. She even spilled the coffee but didnât bother to clean the cup or say sorry. Such careless and unfriendly behavior, especially in the morning, really spoiled my day.

This place is a scam. I ordered an iced latte and paid for a large, but the guy gave me a medium iced coffee without even asking. When I questioned it, he just said, âWe donât have latte, so I made this.â Seriously? Then why charge me for something you donât have? On top of that, you give a smaller size and think thatâs okay? Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Never coming back.
