Pure garbage, waited 10 min at front cashier and had to leave because no one came to serve. Everyday sonethings up here.

Never has the item requested. Always end up paying for a the item you requested and being offered something half the price. Every toasted item is burnt. More than 5 people working at a time but never efficient. The workers are too busy talking to one another than serving the customers at the cashier. Every singles day I go to this tim hortons i leave with extreme disappointment. Therefore if you are going in the morning to get your coffee McDonald’s is right next door where you get cheaper better coffee.
Tim’s is one of my go to’s its really nice enjoy this location!

By far the WORST Tims, I go here almost everyday due to its the most convenient for me. There are two lady’s in particular that have attitude coming out their wazoo. The one oldest lady that works there I honestly don’t understand why she still works there she takes so long and doesn’t have the basic manners always rude and always ignores the customers when it’s jus her there. I have had so many conflicts at this business save yourself the headache and drive to the one on ansley grove or martin grove. The guys however are very nice especially the manager.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru this morning. I had to repeat my order twice over the speaker, and when I reached the collection window, the representative asked for my order a third time. Despite this, I was charged for two items. Upon leaving the drive-thru, I discovered that one item was missing, even after ordering it three times. This kind of poor service right in the morning sets a bad momentum for the whole day. Very frustrating!

The drive thru staff are amazing, very friendly all the time at the Woodbridge location at 4515 Hwy 7. Amina is a gem, always so pleasant and a smile on her face. I look forward to seeing her happy face every morning. ? Thank you Amina for making my day.

Very poor customer service every time i go there. They never listen to you while you order. And most of the menu items are never available there such as cold brew but they still have it on their menu.
