Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons.
I ordered a simple Everything Bagel BLT without bacon, and the employee at the counter looked at my order and said “What the hell is this?” I was completely shocked. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by staff anywhere.
I was hungry, tired, and just trying to order my food. Instead of basic customer service, I got attitude, judgement, and embarrassment in front of other customers. It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
If your staff can’t handle a customized order without insulting customers, they should not be working in customer service. I left feeling upset and disrespected.
This location needs immediate retraining, because the way customers are being treated is absolutely terrible. I will not be returning until the staff’s behavior is fixed.
