Poor customer experience as they don’t care about the customers waiting in the queue. They only want to serve the drive through first and we will get out chance once the drive through guys are served Really unprofessional

I visited this Tim Hortons location around 7:00 PM and asked for a wrap, only to be told that they had already cleaned the grill and couldn’t prepare it. This was quite disappointing considering the restaurant is open until 5:00 AM. It’s unreasonable to stop serving menu items this early in the evening.
Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming—no smiles, no effort to provide good service. The overall experience felt rushed and poorly managed. I hope management addresses these service issues and ensures customers receive a better experience going forward.
