The weekday morning crew is my favorite Tim Horton's drive thru. The wonderful lady's voice is so upbeat and comforting. All other ladies are fast and polite. Thanks for making my mornings!

I have visited this Tim Hortons 5 times a week for the last 4 years. Literally every time i pull up to the drive through i am asked to reverse my car before the window. Today I finally asked why and they say its to help their numbers and performance. I responded no, falsely recording numbers is very unethical. I have had enough of this. Why doesn't the staff focus on performing better? Not impressed.They also need to improve their online ordering proficiency. Sometimes I order one coffee 20 min prior and I get there and it is still not ready. I say I’m there to pickup my online order and then they look in their stack of receipts from the printer and prepare it. I order ahead so I am not late for work…

First there’s always 20 of them working and it’s beyond slow ! Everytime they charge more for things not asked ! They don’t have medium cups so they charge you for a large ! They have attitude and horrible service ! Always service watery ice caps and ice

So ridiculous service this morning the order taker didn’t listen the whole order and says driveup, every day she does that but we ignore her, today she was so rude and then at window not giving complete order and arguing at window. I know because of the points you do that but your responsibility is to maintain customer service. Very bad service i want to give 0star but unfortunately it is not there
