today December 26, 2024 at 6:45. I ordered egg and cheese belt which chipotle sauce on everything bagel. I just received the bagel with veggies and sauce. There is no egg inside even the staff was rushing too much. There was no car behind me they keep on saying next car next car next car. This is horrible. I come to the work. I open my breakfast to eat at 7:30. I checked there was no egg how I go back and ask them so please try to resolve this issue thank you.

Food and service as you would typically expect from a Tim's. But on this visit, I was horrified to watch a worker pull out the stand displaying the donuts and baked goods so that he could sweep out from under the display! This is not acceptable as the dust and dirt can fly up and on to the food, which is completely exposed. I'm not sure what other health issues might be being violated here. The service was very slow and instead of handing out orders when they were ready, they waited until they finished a batch of multiple orders before handing them out.

I wanted to order a coffee and I couldn’t even get it. Tim Hortons is known for its quick service but I still feel they can do better for this one. As people working here were too slow. I waited for about 12 minutes to give my order and there were not more than 2 people in line and then they made order for those 2 people which again took them more time. The other person was just stocking maybe whereas there customer should be there 1st priority and not other things. I am really disappointed for this one.
