Excellento VIP Service with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Always order a coffee with old fashion plain Tim Bits and never disappointed, with the coffee auroma and quality control of the Tim Bits. It is so refreshing to see the staff all working together to achieve a goal of impeccable high degree of Service level to satisfy me, the customer, everyday of the year. Waited 20 minutes for my order, and they still managed to mess it up. I told them clearly to heat the twist — not once, but multiple times — and it was still cold. The steeped tea tasted like cold water, not tea. And on top of that, they completely forgot the chai tea bag . I had to repeat my order 3–4 times and they still didn’t get it right. Absolute joke of a service. Don’t waste your time.
