It was a pleasant and guest warming experience to have walk-in and coffee being served by Madhuri, and it was a talk with her, and how she greeted me and she was way fast and have admiring smile to make my day.

I buy coffee for my family here every morning. Let's be completely honest, while the staff is occasionally nice, half of the time the coffee tastes horrible. It makes me upset to spend my time and money for liquid that does not even resemble coffee. Getting coffee here is like playing the lottery. I never say anything and just accept it for what it is, but today mine and my partner's coffee tasted like toxic sewer water. Actually, I'd rather drink sewer water than what they gave me. And I paid money and spent 10 minutes in line for this. Very disappointing, especially considering that people start their mornings with a cup of coffee and if their coffee is not good, it sets the tone for the hours to come. Please implement quality control protocols and just.. do better.

Wasted my time at this establishment. The initial attendant was pleasant. After waiting a long period for my order and no one else in front of me they presented me the wrong order. I then corrected the person who made the order politely, but she said "i've already made this so just take it and go" What?? Complete disregard and disrespect for me who is the customer spending money at this location. Everyone makes mistakes like the first attendant. I also politely gave You the oppotunity to correct the issue but You did not care and brushed me the customer under the rug like who cares. GREAT TO SEE HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I WIll MAKE SURE ALL OF MY OTHER CO-WORKERS THAT COME HERE DO NIT COME BACK GO TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE AREA.

Got 2 london fogs and a bagel and 2 pinewheels. Ladies at the drive thru said to move up because management will get mad because of a timer and that london fog takes time to make. That shouldnt be the customers problem Never had a problem like this at any other tim hortons.

Get a few different items from this location multiple times have always messed up the order or dont put any cream cheese or topping required to make a sandwich properly. I have given many chances for then to try to improve as i am feed up and writing this review now. what's the point or asking for butter if they are going give you a dry item its like they just say yes once you actually check you item you will be upset. will highly avoid this location if you go to the others in the area will not disappoint you like these guys do definitely need to update or train staff better

I have to say, my mom is a huge fan of Tim Hortons!!!!! We literally stopped in nearly everyone in Ontario at this stage.
Staff are always friendly, helpful, and super nice.
Food was always really good no matter what we had. Always made fresh.
Want to say a huge thanks to all staff in all the Tim Hortons that we visited while we stayed in canada ??
