I don't usually complain about Tim Hourtons at all, but I had coffee with friends all the time. The washroom is no good it smells and is very dirty. They don't clean there washrooms at all. The mens washroom was the most dirtest out of all compared to the womens. Please clean the washrooms!!

I was at drive thru, ordering veggie cilantro wrap, I said veggie chicken by mistake, and she (Pria) laughed at me. Employees are very rude and not understand what you order. She did not even apologize. Customer service is 0.

The employees at this location think it's ok to stop people in the drive thru from coming to the window because they aren't ready to serve you. Waiting an extra 5-7 minutes and then waving their hand out the window tell me to stop. I know other locations have done this before because they try to keep their service time in their range, but when you have a lineup already and making us wait longer and letting the line grow doesn't look good for business

Tim Hortons showed me that somehow you can have Broccoli splinters in soup.
In case it's not clear... Avoid the Broccoli cheddar soup, unfortunately.

Very grumpy and rude employees. I greeted with smile but no response. The other person just slide my bagel at me without even looking at me. No eye contact no greeting. Seems like Tim Hortons is forcing them to work like it’s slaves.

I always come to this Tim Hortons but as of recently, the customer experience has declined drastically. For example today I came at around 2:30 and there was a long line at the drive thru. I decided to come inside instead. I placed my order and while I was waiting for my order, I can see that there was about 10 staff members sitting down and chatting and not attending to customers. There was an elderly customer waiting for his order next to me. The girl who was working there mixed his order with mine and didn’t care to explain which was which. She kept pushing the drinks and walking away. She ignored the man when he asked which drinks were his, twice. When I asked the same girl for a tray, she looked at me and told me to help myself and proceeded to chat and laugh with her coworkers. This is not the first time I have seen this behaviour. Conversations are fine but not when there are customers waiting for their orders.

Usually come once or twice a week at 7:15 am for croissants and egg bites for my 4 years old son. Customer service at drive through doesnt hear well the orders but thats fine for me and then at the end today I got burnt egg bites that was unable to eat. The worst part I always check the box whats inside how they look but bites were turned over and I didnt see it untill My son was about to eat it. Its gross. Please who buys it always check

This was my first and last visit to this location and I won’t recommend this location to any,
I ordered egg n cheese on English muffin with hash brown, the hash brown was ice cold as if they took out from freezer and handed over to the customers, I asked the manager to replace it and her mind wasn’t even around, she replaced it with another cold one, and the sandwich was cold as well as the egg was like sunny-side
