Today is Monday, November 24th 2025 time is 6:26 at this Tim Hortons Western Road & Rutherford intersection. The address is 9200 Weston Rd., There was a lIndian lady new Comer , she was making my food and my coffee and she was touching the garbage on the floor and same time she was touching again my food on the table with my coffee , I asked her why you are doing this , she was extremely rude & she hide herself in the back & she was telling to another employee to finish my food . so this is really discussing , people get sick , This is Canada , RESPECT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT HERE .

Very unprofessional lady at the drive thru as we are ordering and she said that there is line up behind us but there is no even a single car and we didn’t completed our order yet and did a hurry-and she took our order wrong as we just 4 teas and they charged us for 5 and the Teas are not appropriate. Very poor customer service skills . Didn’t even want to come here again .
