I usually go through the drive-thru, but today I went inside the store. I was honestly shocked by the way the manager, PAULINE , was treating her employees. She was shouting, abusing , screaming, and talking very disrespectfully to them. Is this really how a manager should behave?
I ordered a latte but got an Original Blend coffee instead. But I don’t think it was fully the employee’s fault. When workers are treated like that and yelled at, how can we expect them to give good customer service?
I really hope head office looks into this and gives her proper training on how to treat people. A manager should support employees, not harass them.
Very disappointing management. If someone cannot behave properly, they should not be running a store, shutt your restaurant please!!
This Tim Hortons location is great. The store is always super clean. Every time I come here they always get my order done right and and they get it done quickly, and the staff is extremely kind. Overall this location is incredibly reliable and the service is great, and this location is one that I’m always happy to come back to.

This location always offers fresh and tasty food. The coffee is consistently good, and the donuts and snacks are delicious. Kiran is amazing. She is always polite, friendly, and very professional. Her customer service is excellent, and she makes every visit pleasant with her positive attitude and warm smile. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

Went to this tim hortons location today on my way home i stopped in for a bagel and an iced coffee.
The women at the counter taking my order did not say a word to me when i approached the counter even after saying 'hello how are you?' To her. I asked if they still had a certain kind of bagel and proceeded to ask the question to an employee in their language(im not against it just wish they would have kept it english for my sakes)
I went over to the counter to wait for my bagel and iced coffee the one that made my bagel was nice and actually said what the bagel was. The lady that made my iced coffee did not say a word and when she handed the drink it wasnt to me it was off to the side of me and the drink was overflowing and the cup was dripping.
Im not saying all the staff is rude but the ones i faced today needs to have abit more customer service lessons by actually speaking to the customer when taking their order and not make them feel like they're a bother when they approach the counter.
Eye rolling is not nice in anyway
Huffing and puffing is not needed
And being polite and saying 'i can help you over here.' to call the next person in line over to ask that said customer how they are doing and what they can get started. Other then that the location was really clean and neat just the customer service aspect can use some adjusting

The worst tim hortons ever- Service is pretty poor and all the time they have rush in drive through, looks like doesnot have enough staff!
Most of the time, items are out of stock, long lines, delay in pickup service as well! Do better, you are in main city!

This location is genuinely unpleasant to deal with.
The staff are consistently rude and act like customers are an inconvenience. Short, snappy answers, eye-rolling when you ask a normal question, heavy sighs when you dare to modify something small on a mobile order. You can feel the hostility from the moment you reach the speaker or the counter.
Mobile orders are a nightmare here. Half the time something is missing, the other half they act personally offended that you dared to customize anything beyond plain double-double. I’ve been straight-up told “we don’t have that anymore” in a very aggressive tone for items that are literally still on the menu and on the app. Then they just stare at you like it’s your fault they’re out of stock / didn’t read the ticket properly.
The management is invisible or complicit. There is zero attempt to correct the attitude problem or train people. It feels like the whole crew was told “be as miserable as possible” and they took it as a challenge.
I actively avoid this location now and drive an extra 10 minutes to literally any other Tim’s in the area. The difference in service is night and day.
If you value not being treated like dirt for trying to buy a coffee and a sandwich, skip this one. There are much better-run locations nearby.
