Outstanding Service Every Time! My family and I have been going to this Tim Hortons location for over 25 years now, and we reliably experience great service thanks to its exceptional staff. The afternoon staff here is fast, efficient, and incredibly courteous—even during busy hours, they keep things running smoothly without ever making you feel rushed. What really impresses me is the attention to detail. My coffee is always made just right, and the staff never miss a beat when it comes to customizing orders or remembering regulars. This is our local Tim Hortons, we usually go in the morning and always have a pleasant experience. We do notice the evening staff is not the friendliest. This female worker is obviously rude and has zero customer service skills. I have also lodged an online complaint. Maybe she is better off at the back than facing the customers.

Hiiii I hope this review gets your manager or owner because today I came and I want to order jalepeño bagel but you don't have any then I ordered 2 everything bagel with Herb and garlic Cream cheese and then I am waiting for 10 min and your one employee saying we don't have everything bagel and she didn't say anything sorry or nothing just we don't have you want sesame then I said it's morning time why you don't have then she is saying I check for it and I wait for her response but she didn't give me answers and after 20 min I got everything bagel but she didn't baked goods because I know I am working in Tim Hortons so the oven ringing after we get our bagel and I see baker is talking bagel but she gived me first in baked bagel and I said why you are doing this she is arguing it's freshly baked then I didn't feel good I paid for sesame bagel and then she said we sold out and I said I didn't want now and I didn't want any money she is so rude and your all staff is bad and they are not giving proper response and other things I want to mention team member name but you know any Tim member has no name tag I am complaining this all things in TDL don't worry

Sharing my worst experience at Tim Hortons today I do not understand that. Why do you guys have that audacity to talk to a normal person? Who is just having a normal start of the day which is like 7:30 AM in the morning I just came back from work. I literally work in the same complex where the Tim Hortons is And I just asked for a cold brew marshmallow medium cold brew. I just told that girl that I just need a little bit more topping cream on the top. She was so rude like super super rude to me and not only that she started giving me bad looks and everything just because I asked her for the topping. I even said like when she was putting I saw that so I just insisted that hi I know you have Put a little topping, but can you add a little bit more because it obviously dissolves everything and then she was she seemed so rude to me as she rudely came to me and she said that you need to pay and I said OK and then she charged me for like 3 to 4 tim bits she’s I asked her that is this for Timbe she said that yeah I do not have Any specific topping charge so basically you guys are just doing this Fraud thing where you are charging from people in the name of something else you’re giving something else instead of what you should be giving this is really pathetic. If this is if this Tim Hortons is owned by a manager a private one please I really and highly insist you to call me And if this is owned by a corporate, I need your number so I can reach to the higher department, the only reason for this is my level of frustration in the morning because she could have been nice to me, but she chose not to so I really need to take actions in my own hands now

The lady that works there after midnight is super rude. She has no clue on customer service. Asked her twice about the menu as I wasn't able to understand her properly and she literally denied replying and closed the drive thru window on me. Very unprofessional behaviour

The guy in the front put me on hold for 10 minutes and started making drive through orders. When he finally came , he smelled so bad like haven't showered for weeks. Forget all about saying , Hi Welcome to Time. He was like 'order'. I ordered Triple Triple and he made a something else. I am regularly coming at this location for past 4 years and that happened first time.
