I am beyond disgusted that this location is not accessible to those with disabilities. The handicap buttons do not work, I have called head office to complain several months ago and no improvement.The seats are all ripped and not repaired. It's a shame that these things are not improved. I really hope Tim Hortons organization looks at this location more throughly as it is tarnishing their reputation.

This Tims ok the staff were nice and our orders were accurate and were prepared fast. They have many seats available as well and the location is convenient for parking and also since it’s close to wonderland if you’re going there.

We took an everything bagel and potato wedges from here. And it was amazing experience. The bagel was perfectly toasted with butter. And the wedges were fresh and mouth watering. Much better than those which we buy from Tim at Brampton locations.

Jan 12 2024 I’m always getting my coffee in the morning and these 2 ladies was so rude the one on the speaker yelled said move up and then when I get to the window the other lady said they in a hurry bec they have time to follow but even though it won’t take 5 min to get what I need . What happened to the good staff you had been living at Woodbridge for 20 years wow customer service is getting worst no need to train them well not just taking our money..

If I could give less than 1 (one) star, I will definitely do that. I was at this restaurant and saw for myself how a customer was badly treated and I did experiences same in December. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for letuce as against cheese which I had done many times in the past without any complaint. When the guy clocked it in, they charged sixty cents and I asked for it to be removed while I request as I earlier did in the past. I approached the lady who was serving me respectfully but what I got back was attitude and disrespect to the point of her shaking while talking back to me and walking away from the conversation. When she finished packing my order, she dropped it rudely and walked away. At that point, I got mad and complained. The lady who claimed to be the supervisor, apologized while I was telling my side of the incident. While talking to the lady, an old lady, came out, didn’t listen to me or asked me what happened but started blaming and said, “you are shouting”. I was so upset and asked for their names and number to make a complaint. This store has lots of people who had no idea of what customer services are and they appeared full of attitudes and couldn’t handle complaints.

Dec 27 12pm, the lady at the drive-thru window missed my mobile order, rolled her eyes, and questioned why I didn't mention it earlier. I insisted that I did and asked her to check with her colleague. It turns out that she's wrong, but she didnt say anything about it. After rolling her eyes again, she in a bad tone stated, "We don't have soy milk." I questioned why she didn't inform me earlier, to which she responded, "I said we don't have soy milk! Do you still want it?" It was a terrible experience.

Coffee is burnt 9 out of 10 times, almost every employee has attitude like you owe them money, and place is constantly filthy, tables never cleaned, gum everywhere underneath those tables.

The lady at the drive thru window M-F mornings (8am) ruins it for this location. I treat people with kindness no matter who you are; this lady however tests that. Every morning I tolerate her but today she went too far. She angrily shoves the food you ordered and if you are quick you will catch it or the food will hopefully land somewhere inside your car. This morning she shoved my food per her usual but I was only able to catch some of it, the rest fell on the road. She then yells at me, pointing I should have parked closer to her and tells me to take my food from the ground. I pick up the food and she finally returns to the window with no replacement food but only to yell at me again (I have stayed quiet the entire time because I am in shock). I ask to speak to her manager, she continues to yell at me in another language and I get to speak to her manager. I drive a car that has a camera so I watched the events when I got home again to make sure I am being accurate and my camera caught things I didn't see. I won't mention. The other people there are great; she ruins it.
