Usually my experience at tim hortons is bad but, on Saturday I went out to buy lunch and was greeted with excellent customer service by Catherine, she was very friendly and exceptionally kind. Not only was the service great but very efficient and fast.

Always a pleasant visit…The team is cheerful, service is quick, and the coffee never disappoints. A great place to start the day before work. This place nearby my work and i always goes there…. The food and coffee are always fresh, and the service is consistently great. Highly recommend this spot. They keep everything running effortlessly — orders come out fast, accurate, and fresh. Especially, there are two ladies i think they are old workers there …they are the bestest i think one is indian and other one is of here … everything is just awesome in this Tim Hortons ♥️🌸

There is a girl working at Tim Horton name Gurwindr kaur for Friday morning around 3:30 a.m. whenever you go for a coffee or a tea to her by drive through she gives you coffee in your hands whenever you ask for a tray she’ makes a face and give you excuse with her wording it’s not a big deal to take a coffee in your hand while you drive having two cups in your hands She intentionally ruin your order and then you have to come back afterwards taking sip that you have ordered something and you got something else

Not even a place to go. Every-time they just mess up my order latte order, somedays they forgot the oat milk, then very less brown sugar and today i asked for less ice and they put extra ice claiming that i asked for a extra ice. Buddy how come, u can just change the statement. It's ridiculous, they are always in rush i don't know what they gonna do with their drive thru timer thing when orders are incorrect.
