The two night shift girls need to be replaced. They do not listen and do not give enough portion of what you are paying for. I asked for more espresso foam as they are just giving me less like just a drop of foam on my drinks that’s what it looked like. This is my second time I have dealt with the same situation with these two girls over night. I am paying money for it give me the portion I am asking for. I come here all the time, the staff during the morning and afternoon are amazing. They know what they are doing compared to overnight shift. The morning and afternoon shift gives you the amount worth the money you are paying for. The two ladies working over night need to be replaced, they are rude and don’t give us customers what we want.

I placed a mobile order for a cappuccino with skim milk. However, when I arrived at the store to pick it up, the waitress informed me that they were out of skim milk and only had 2% milk or creamer available. I asked if I could cancel the order, but she explained that the only way to do so was through the mobile app through the help option, and she wasn’t sure how to assist me further. As a result, I decided to have espresso shots instead of the large cappuccino… so be aware of the limited milk options in the store
I know the employees are underpaid, but the IQ level of the staff was something to be desired. They took about 15 minutes to prepare the simplest uber eats order. Tim Hortons also sucks so this is a 1 star regardless.

Great restaurant to visit for coffee and other snacks. I liked the service here, prompt and friendly. I was using the washroom and soap dispenser was empty. I requested the Janitor, name Inder, and he fulfilled my request. Inder is a outstanding person and other staff too. Best Timi forever. Thanks guys.
