This Tim Hortons is absolutely ridiculous. They never get your order right they always get it wrong. If you order an egg wrap with no meat be sure that there will be meat in there. If you order a latte with no sugar be sure there will be sugar in there if you order a large French vanilla, be sure that they will give you a small. They don’t listen to instructions time and time again they get the order wrong and waste your time. This is horrible. Don’t even go here half the people here don’t even speak English.

Recently went to this location and the service was terrible. The person taking orders for the drive thru was distracted due to which had to tell the order like 3 times. Despite that she got the order wrong and charged me more for something I didn’t event order. After being confronted, they still only tried to prove us wrong rather than being open to resolving the issue. All of this wasted so much of our time including people that were behind us in the drive thru. Staff needs to be mindful of taking order correctly especially in the drive thru and should be trained to resolve issues. Writing this because it has happened multiple times now

Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you have a preference towards non-dairy milk. Only went here because McDonald’s is closed and won’t be back. Was yelled at through the speaker when trying to order my coffee, repeated myself multiple times, and was told to speak louder. Previously served milk when asked for oat beverage, but this last time took the cake.

Extremely slow drive thru and it's a long entrance to window with curbs so you cant get out of the line. Worst drive thru I have ever been in.will never come here again.
