Friendly and efficient night service.

I used to visit this Tim Hortons location almost every other day, but my recent experiences have been frustrating enough to make me change places to buy my morning coffee. For some reason, the staff at the drive-thru started asking me to park in front of the store and wait for them to bring my order out, instead of handing it to me right at the window. This meant that after waiting in line at the drive-thru, I then had to park, stand outside by the door, and wait another five minutes or more for my order.

When I politely told a worker that I didn’t want to keep doing this and asked to receive my order at the window like everyone else, she assured me she would take care of it. However, the very next time I went back, they told me again to park and wait. I tried to explain that I preferred to get my order at the window like everyone else, but the staff insisted I go to the front.

I find this treatment unfair and unreasonable. Despite trying to address it, nothing changed. It felt like they didn’t care about my time or my repeated requests, which left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, I’ll be going to a different place now.

Don't purchase Ice caps from here, I kept from here. It's just ice , it does not feel like it. They don't know how to make it. It feels like ice which dry out after 3-4 sips.

Iced Cap doesn’t feel like iced cap instead of being creamy it feels like more watery,
whoever brewing it or diluting it, please stop putting more water of coffee. It’s water and ice. It’s not how iced cap should be.

Excellent service, excellent food. Always clean the premises and toilets.
They always attend to me with kindness.
The only thing I've ever said the one who attends to you and charges SHOULD NOT PREPARE CAFES, SHE WILL FORGIV MONEY.

Parking: It is extensive parking at no cost.

This morning I went to this Tim Hortons and was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, this is the SECOND time that this lady by the name of Nora takes my order on the drive through, she is a very rude person yelling on the speaker and telling with a big attitude to repeat my order, the first time I had an issue with her I didn’t get her name but today I did, even from the window when I asked who was the person taking my order she came to confront me and ague back to me. An unhappy and rude person like Nora should not be serving customers, a bitter person like her only ruins the customers’ day… this location has to train her and teach her some manners and how to treat the customers..

I just got home and was given the wrong order. Unfortunately I can't go back as my son borrowed my car. I ordered a Carmelized Onion pinwheel and got a chocolate chip cookie. I should have looked, however I expected the server to know the order. Next time I know to check and not trust the ability of your Employees.

My recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru was a complete disaster, primarily due to the behavior of one particular employee. The woman at the window displayed an attitude that was the worst I've ever seen. She was rude, dismissive, and even hostile. The sheer lack of basic politeness and respect was astonishing. It was obvious she had no interest in offering even minimal customer service. Tim Hortons urgently needs to improve their customer service training because this behavior is unacceptable. I will never return to this location. It's hard to believe she hasn't been let go, given how many people must have complained about her attitude.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru today, all thanks to one extremely rude employee.
The girl working the window had the worst attitude l've ever encountered.
She was impatient, dismissive, and downright hostile.
When I politely asked for clarification on my order, she rolled her eyes and snapped at me like I was a nuisance.
The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. It was clear she had no interest in providing even the bare minimum of decent customer service.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but there's no excuse for treating customers like this. I left feeling angry and disrespected. Tim Hortons seriously needs to address their customer service training, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location ever. A lot of people must have complained about her disgusting attitude. I’m in total shock she hasn’t been fired yet. This isn’t the first time she’s done this. Please Tim Hortons change your employees.
