Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they barely put any cream cheese on it. When I pointed it out, the employee claimed I “asked for half” — which I did NOT. Instead of owning the mistake, she argued with me and then charged me extra to fix it after I had already paid.
How do you mess up an order, blame the customer, and then make them pay more for your mistake? Zero accountability. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing for a place that’s supposed to be about customer service.
The bagel was dry, the cream cheese was basically nonexistent, and the service was even worse. I’ve never felt so brushed off as a customer. Tim Hortons has seriously gone downhill. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Drive-thru and they forget to give an additional order. Gave one order at the speaker box then when I got to windows, I added one more order and seeing if it was busy asked if she can do it. The server said it is ok. Told me the adjusted total and gave me my presume 2 orders in one bag and said have a great day. It was a cookie and a muffin. I had to drive back for my cookie thinking it was in with my muffin and it was not. 🙆🏿

I hate when it says there open and there not. Well there supposed to be, people are inside but no lights and the doors locked. Tardiness seems to be a thing with a lot of locations of late. Ooh lights are on 30 mins late lol
