One of the best Tim's in town. Customer service is a top priority to these guys unlike other Tim's locations. Very friendly staff and cleanliness is great.

I have been a Tim hortons customer for over 20 years. This Tim hortons location has the worst customer service the early morning staff are rude they speak about customers in there language I have went there at 6 many mornings they are always late opening when I made a comment the rude women told me we’re not ready to open it’s really not the customers problem they watch you through the glass and pretend not to see you people have to go to work . I ordered my large regular and she gave me a dark roast not made correctly and it was intentional. They also denied the dinner special for 8.99 saying it’s not available at this location so I went to the one at majormack at the 400 and I had no problems and the service was much more pleasant I will give my business there going forward.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was thoroughly impressed. This is by far the cleanest location I’ve ever stepped into—from the spotless dining area to the well-organized counters, everything was incredibly well-maintained. The food presentation was on point, and you could tell great care goes into every detail. My order was prepared quickly, tasted fresh, and was absolutely delicious. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m highly impressed with this Tim Hortons—it’s now my go-to location!

I visited this Tim Hortons when I was in the middle of my day; glad that it was located right by highway 400 — where I was able to quickly go in and get a coffee and sandwich.
The service was like no other Tim’s I’ve been to. The staff was attentive, clear in taking my order and very fast.
I would say this Tims was also very very clean. Looked like everything was well taken care of. Will visit again.

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan Pizza. It was very good. Thin and Crispy crust. Also, had the potato wedges. They weren't hot but still ok. Went through drivr-thru around 2pm on a Thursday. It was fast service.
