Horrible place to pick up your morning coffee or tea. Have to argue with the staff to convince the. That a not full cup is a full cup. They think that I'm going to pay for a 3/4 cup of coffee and that I should be grateful for that. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend this place at all. Staff are rude and poor attitude.

So this place is supposed to be open till 11pm yet today and routinely according to other reviews, close at 10:30pm. So either update your hours or maybe the manager should look into why staff are closing early.

As I called last night and the person speaking on the phone said they are accepting the coffee order till 10:40 pm. After reaching there at 10:38 pm I found the doors of the restaurant was closed and locked. They are not accepting the order through drive thru and I try to talk with a team member from the drive thru window he speaks very rude and shut down the window. That’s very frustrating and annoying. I also have a video of all scenario.

The cashier just couldn't get our order straight. It was so simple.
This Tim's is hidden in suburbia. Away from busy intersections, tucked in the back of a one entrance plaza. I almost don't want to review this cause I want to keep it for myself but this is more about praising the staff. Probably the fastest drive through as the staff is amazingly quick. They are very friendly too as my 6 year old daughter knows them by name and are very good with her. Very rarely are they out of product. Only once I wasn't able to buy gift cards. Coffee never tastes burnt and facilities are always clean

Worst location ever. Girl who took my order forgot to put one of my coffees in the bag. Had to drive all the way back for it and I asked for a receipt plus a refund for having to waste my gas to drive back. The lady said “oh we’re too busy to find the receipt” and I demanded for the receipt so I could complain to the manager the following day.Rude, ignorant lady named Maddie trying to tell us that it’s not her fault she forgot it and didn’t bother to do anything about it.Shouldn’t hire people with rude attitude and that don’t care about their customers.Honestly would rate this place a 0/10 because of the rude people that work there
