I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this Horton location. During my visit to the drive-thru, I encountered two entry points, which opened . When I attempted to place an order, I was informed that they were not taking orders due to a system closure. Furthermore, when I asked if I could purchase a coffee, I was told that it was not possible. The lack of service provided was subpar. I subsequently contacted the manager to report the incident, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. As a result, I would advise customers to be cautious when visiting this location, as there are numerous other establishments that offer superior service.

I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a pizza. I was told there are no pizzas available. So I order a bowl and make it a dinner meal for $8.99, because it was around 6 pm and the dinner meal deal starts at 5 pm. After I go through ordering everything, I was told, the dinner meal deal ended. I informed them, that it was advertised that the promotion ends on Aug 17th and she said no. I asked when did it end and she literally said right now!
I went to another Tim Hortons today and the promotion was still running.
This store just wanted to charge me full price for everything! Very disappointing!
I'm a huge fan of this Tim Hortons location! What sets it apart from others is their exceptional service, even during late-night hours. As a regular customer who often stops by after midnight, I've consistently been impressed by the friendly staff and speedy service. The drinks are always hot, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The team is always courteous and accommodating, making me feel like I'm their only customer, even when it's 2 am! I've been going to this Tim Hortons for months, and I've never had a bad experience. If you're looking for a reliable spot for a late-night coffee or snack, look no further!

I am visiting this Tim Hortons from past 10 Years and never had any problem with Food or Service. My recent visit to this place was so bad that makes me to post this review so that the Management gets aware of it. My recent visit was on 09 Aug 2025 Saturday 7:10 PM, I had used Drive-Thru as most of the times. The server at this time serving on the window was the New girl, I never saw her before. She was literally full of attitude and doesn’t even knows how to talk with a customer. After placing my order, When I drove to the pickup window, She was giving me the wrong drink I hadn’t ordered. She took the wrong order by herself and than she started showing me her Non-Sense attitude that you ordered this that’s why I prepared this. She was rudely making me to accept the wrong drink by making arrogant faces and doing arrogant hand actions. I even had my friend sitting on the passenger seat with me and We both replied her that We know what we ordered, Why you are behaving so ruthless. Believe me, I was driving for somewhere important and was shortage of time so We leave our order and left the place, Otherwise I would have seen her manager to share my experience.
