I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing any customer service. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged, and when I finally placed my order. The drink I received was not what I had asked for- Even the manager does not have sense to deal with customer, when I asked for recorrect the order. Then her words were you can get your refund. We can’t make it again.

This Tim Hortons drive thru services is very fast and accurate with coffee and food and other items.
This was amazing Location before but now is the weird location I was ordering Carrot muffin and 3 time I said was telling me sorry and after they say we don’t have I’m not going back there any more 👎

Egg bites were not cooked long enough but held in the warmer plate for too long. This caused the browning on the outside but the inside is still liquidy because of the high fatty bacon content. I ordered steeped tea. You must be reusing your grounds, as this is not steeped tea, it’s milky water. I am dissatisfied.
