The most disgusting Tim Hortons. Their staff wear gloves that are soaked in oil and they touch the garbage which is overflowing and then go back to making the food.
They also have zero common sense and made us argue and wait for 15 mins, while they talked about moved extremely slow on purpose.

I bought a steep tea today, when I took the cover off to finish it, there was a long piece of hair in it. I was disgusted & immediately threw up. I called and no answer. You all fit the stereotype after seeing this. Hair nets shouted worn so obvious it wasn't or I was served tea in a dirty cup.

I visited the Tim Hortons at Zenway today and the experience was honestly disappointing. I ordered a medium chai latte with half sweet/half syrup, and what I received was basically frothed milk with no chai flavour.
I also ordered a coffee with milk, cream, and sugar, but they didn’t put any cream in it.
What made it worse was the drive-thru service — after paying, we were left waiting at the window for 10 minutes before anyone handed us the drinks. Meanwhile, the staff inside seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than serving customers.
Very poor service and incorrect drinks. Hoping management takes this seriously and improves this location.

Dec 03 around 5:35pm I went to buy some food, I saw one of young girl was preparing food at the same time by mistake she hit the basket fool of Begal all the begal fell on the floor, one of other girl pick up all the begal from the floor she put it back on the serving table.

I order the large coffee and one of time Hortons staff member gave me medium when I told her to change the size she spoke with me very rudely and behave with me so badly.
