I actually went in to use the washroom and was astonished to see how clean it was considering it was connected to a gas station. The Tim Hortons staff are friendly, food is make quick and I appreciate the hard work.

When a customer ordered an item not available via apps or personally at the store it is rightfully so to ask the skip person or call the customer if it is okay to change the item before doing so. Changing the item your own is not right without consent. Aside from that, one item a quantity of 4 croissants were not delivered. Imagine early in the morning where in you are asked to pick up the item at your availability when you are not available that is why your ordered online at the time you need it. A lot of inconvenience on my end and how the goodies were packed in one box . You guys needs to be better, don't ruin Tim Horton brand. Just this morning around 9am.
