I have been going to Tim from years, but today was my worst experience. The staff member, Armaandeep Singh, made a mistake, and even though we were speaking politely, he was very rude and disrespectful. He even shut the drive-thru window loudly while we were still talking.
Also, after we left a 1-star review, I noticed several positive reviews about him appearing around the same time. It honestly feels like those reviews may not be genuine and could have been influenced or requested to cover up the negative feedback. This raises concerns about the authenticity of the reviews.
