My favourite Tim Hortons!! Always amazing service, friendly employees and a good atmosphere. Working at the food basics across the street I tend to be here quite often and am never disappointed. Thank you guys!

Ordered a caramel iced capp and there was no caramel drizzle on it…fine lol… but I get the same thing often and it always has it so I politely asked for a little caramel on top instead. The employee rolled her eyes, then snatched the drink out of my hand, took like 5 mins just to add drizzle (already knew something was up), dumped an excessive amount of caramel flavouring into it out of spite, and threw it right back to me!

Completely rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary behaviour over a simple, polite request. This location is one of the worst by far. Always disappointed. Horrible customer service. Disgusting attitude from employees.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was quick, the store was clean, and the food was fresh. I especially want to appreciate Puneet for the excellent customer service. Puneet was very polite, friendly, and professional, and made sure my order was correct. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customers. I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The coffee was fresh and hot, exactly how I like it. I also tried the farmer’s wrap, which was delicious and served quickly. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient even during the morning rush. It’s a reliable spot for a quick breakfast or a mid-day caffeine boost. I will definitely be coming back to this location again soon!
