Today around 0130 we ordered drinks drive thru, I asked the lady if she has something fresh at this time. She was very rude, just answering by saying “Yes or No”. When I asked her about her behaviour she said “ you think I was rude actually I am from the area where it’s normal way of talking , said sorry and closed the window “ . She was talking on the phone at that time, not wearing her name tag.
How could she behave with customers with this kind of attitude even I was so polite while giving my order.
