Excellent Service!
I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in service lately — especially during the afternoon shift. I don’t know the supervisor’s name, but her presence and leadership have clearly made a positive impact.
Her customer service was outstanding — polite, friendly, and attentive. The entire environment felt clean, welcoming, and well-managed. I was especially impressed to find fresh bagels and potato wedges around 8 o’clock — something I’ve never experienced before at that time.
It’s truly a nice experience now. Bravo to the whole team — you’re doing a great job!

Worst experience and one of the bad locations

Worst location I’ve ever visited, they have 30+ people behind the counter - non a single one speaking English - this is Canada not India - all of them yelling at each other in their native language - with that much staff and not a single person competent enough to have a pot of decaf coffee brewed - they had a 15 min heads up as I placed my order for pick up. Everyone has an attitude when you ask them to do their job. Shut this location down and turn it into a Starbucks - at least they do proper hiring and training there.

Order one French vanilla with half original blend. One of the worst friends, vanilla I have ever had and staff was too rude.

The Staff, Manager and Supervisor at this location of Tim Hortons are too polite and welcoming which makes me visit this specific location time and again. The way they treat their customers with sweet smile and kind words made me feel like home..❤️💯

I was throwd coffee on my face by this Indian man only because i asked my coffee to be stired..This kind of people.should not be serving customers if they can not treat them well..Its sad how you pay for your stuff and people.treat you as they gave you something for free or HE paid for it...Anyways will try my bestt not to go to tjis location anymore since no one wants to start the day on bad mood without any reason..Or actually reason was that you wanted your coffee to be made right...
