I got a milk tea with tapioca, and only got milk with tapioca. Absolutely no tea at all, like wth even is that, as well as a brown sugar milk tea, no tea or brown sugar. I’m never going back

The worst place to go and wait for an uber delivery. The staff are unwelcoming and don’t even have the respect to acknowledge you. As an uber driver I am disgusted.

We were really looking forward to trying Toronto Pho for the first time. My family and I came on Wednesday around 12:20 p.m., craving Vietnamese food for lunch. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other person sitting at a table. However, a staff member came out and told us they were too busy with online orders and that it would be a 30–40 minute wait just to place our order.
I was honestly shocked that in-person diners were being asked to wait that long while priority was given to takeout. We’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants where we’ve had full meals and were out within an hour, so this felt really off. We had an appointment to get to by 2 p.m., and they made it clear that wouldn’t be possible.
Unfortunately, we had to leave without eating. Not a great first impression, and sadly, not the experience we were hoping for.
One of my fav places for a good bowl of pho! Had some today and it really hit the spot.

I called in a pickup order, but when I arrived to pay, I was surprised to find out they don’t accept credit cards. In this day and age, that’s not only outdated, it’s also really inconvenient.
Over prices and not that good.... They charge you for cutlery. Weston pho is 5 minutes away and its cheaper and taste way better
We first discovered this spot on Uber Eats and ordered the wonton soup, spring rolls, and vermicelli. The portions were generous and everything was well-packaged—much better than the typical takeout experience from pho restaurants, where the servings are often smaller than dine-in bowls.
Impressed by the flavor and quality, we decided to visit the restaurant in person for dinner today—so glad we did!
The space is clean, service is attentive, and the food is just as delicious as the takeout. The wonton soup was consistent in taste and quality.
The chef’s special marinated fish with rice was a standout. It took a bit longer to prepare (which our waitress warned us about). I didn’t mind because I expected it, as this dish is not commonly found at most pho spots, which was the reason I wanted to try it. It was well worth the wait—flavorful, comforting, with tender pork belly, perfectly cooked fish, and a rich, unforgettable sauce. Like a warm hug in a bowl.
The pork chop and chicken rice plate came with a fried egg cooked just right, and a side of pickled cabbage and carrots that added the perfect tangy crunch.
We also tried the mango shake (they were out of avocado), and it tasted like real mango—not the artificial kind. The Thai tea had just the right level of sweetness.
Wish we’d found this place sooner—it’s officially our go-to pho spot in the area. Can’t wait to come back and try the bún bò huế, bánh xèo, and their dessert bowls.
This place truly feels like a hidden gem—made with love, and full of flavor.

I recently had dined at Toronto Pho on Rutherford, and it’s safe to say this spot has quickly earned a place on my list of go-to restaurants. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly vibe from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The service was nothing short of outstanding—attentive without being overbearing, quick to respond to any request, and delivered with a level of care that made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find such a welcoming team that so effortlessly enhances the dining experience.
The environment itself was equally impressive. The restaurant boasts a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere, with a clean and inviting setup that strikes the perfect balance between casual comfort and an authentic cultural feel. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and soak in the subtle charm of the decor—ideal for a solo lunch, a casual dinner with friends, or even a family outing.
Now, the food, because it truly deserves its own spotlight. I opted for the house special pho, and it was an absolute treat for the senses. The broth was rich, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned, paired with fresh, high-quality ingredients that showcased the dish’s authenticity. The portion size was generous, leaving me satisfied without feeling overwhelmed, and every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s skill and dedication to crafting exceptional Vietnamese cuisine. What makes this even more remarkable is the competitive pricing. For the level of quality—both in terms of the food and the overall experience—the value here is unbeatable. You’d be hard-pressed to find such delicious, hearty meals at these wallet-friendly prices elsewhere.
I recommend Toronto Pho on Rutherford to anyone in search of fantastic food, a welcoming environment, and top-notch service. Whether you’re a pho aficionado or just looking for a great meal, this place delivers on all fronts. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I have no doubt it’ll be just as enjoyable as the first!

Solid spot for take out. The Bun Bo Hue & Bun Bo Nuong are great! There’s usually good deals on Uber Eats. The take out containers are good, you can actually eat out of the bowl they provide. Will continue to order from here!
