A favourite Italian restaurant for me and my family! We have had baby showers to baptisms here and just dinners because the food is amazing! Everything is fresh and tastes so good you can't stop eating. The service is always great and the atmosphere for children is fantastic. We will never stop being loyal customers!

Our first time trying this place out. Food was good. Really disappointed and almost insulting to see a charge of $14 for tap water for a table of two (We bought over $100 of food). Not to confuse buying an actual bottle of water, this was regular tap water and we each had 2 glasses or so. Honestly, it ruined our whole opinion of the restaurant.

just wanted to post a little message saying how happy we were with everything during our private party at via mercanti .. the service by sammy & leonardo was top notch! they were accommodating and so pleasant to deal with. working with palma on getting everything settled was second to none .. she was so professional and helpful and super super nice! it was an absolute pleasure to meet her in person and i hope that we can have the honor of having our future functions at this establishment again soon … you guys were all amazing!!thank you again from our entire familywe appreciate you all
I don’t like when a good restaurant serves espresso coffee in a paper cup no excuse, and man’s washroom is totally discussing to dark sailing tile broken

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my family. It was very busy on the weekend. I tried their Crocche Di Patate and Pollo Panino. The Crocche Di Patate had great flavours. However, I did find the chicken in Polllo Panino was a bit dry. Overall, their customer service was great and staff members checked in with us few times to ensure everything was good.

They were not professional at all. I found a cockroach in the glass of ice and me and my family no longer wanted to eat here. No one had came to check on us at the table and apologizing or have a manager come to speak to us they completely avoided the situation. Out server was not nice as well, it felt like we were not being helped and we didn't feel welcomed.If I could, I would leave a 0 review.
I would give this place a 1 star because...My hopes were to try their tiramisu that was recommended online. I decided to order and try it out. While walking out I noticed the container was extremely little. Could not believe the portion was so small for 11 dollars. Regardless of taste, which in my opinion was average never will I return and pay that price for such a small portion. Crazzyyyyy

Had high expectations based on my experience with the Kensington Market restaurant. Food is comparable to any half decent Italian restaurant in Woodbridge, but vera Pizza Napoletana it is not.The service was abysmal. It started right from the moment I walked in. The maître de/manager was on the phone and ignored me for several minutes with his personal phone call. Tried to get someone else’s attention to be seated and when I said the reservation name he finally reacted and just pointed at the table. Set the tone for the evening, which was disappointing. Waitress was pleasant enough but would run away before you could finish a sentence. Took several minutes and trips back and forth to just get antipasto.Overall, fine for a meal but nothing really great about the experience.
