Went there today to pick uber order for a customer and the order wasn’t ready .One of the workers comes up to me and asks me to confirm the pick up .When I asked where the is the order she said some drivers don’t deliver (which was not my problem ).I asked her until you guys prepare the food and hand it to me I will wait .She was rude and unprofessional .After waiting for 8 minutes she gave me my order and I confirm it to deliver to the address(which I completed ,picture attached).Then I go on my uber profile to see these people had lowered my rating (from 98 to 97) which makes me furious .This is my everyday job people and I have done around 6k deliveries without any issues.Very poor staff and manager gets L too because he was there witnessing everything .Shame. On you guys

This place had the best service from great staff. Always a pleasure going here and there food is great aswell. My only Wendy's restaurant I go to at the drive thru. 👍

They can't get drive through orders right, was told my payment didn't go through & when I checked my payment they had entered my order wrong.. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I just ordered at 9pm today on Skip, and and its 10:15pm now, and my order is still being prepared! How does it take this long to make fast food? And I still have to wait for delivery! This is my favorite Wendy's location. But waiting 2+ hours is unacceptable! Just now got my order! I live 20 minutes away. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes

Purchased 4 large chili, one had a piece of hard plastic at the bottom of the cup. Spoke with the manager who took the cup with the piece of plastic to examine, also broke the plastic in half and came back saying they dont have that type of material in that restaurant, suggesting we put it there! It's outrageous her lack of courtesy and her rude attitude she spoke to us with. This was during busy lunchtime at the counter. Our order was refunded. We did not like having it suggested we are responsible for the object. We were very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Absolutely no concern. A simple apology would have been enough. that's all we cared for. Also, we wanted to let them know to be more diligent so that no one ends up cutting their lips or choking on things like this. We are taking our concern to a higher level. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING HERE. MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES.

Food came out hot and fresh but ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to be served at the counter while the manager berated the employees loudly and nobody served the counter. Just absolutely horrendous management. Would never return.

This review is for Rajjit ( hopefully I have spelling correct). His service was exceptional. I asked for ice cause my son hurt his fingers. Rajjit took the minute to talk to my child to calm him down. He had excellent customer service.
