I ordered a Brumate Hopsulator Trio online and it arrived quickly in less than a week. When I opened it I found that the lid was missing. I contacted Wine Craft via phone to tell them the problem and got prompt service to correct it. The man I spoke with asked if it would be okay if he shipped a lid out and it arrived 3 days later. I was very happy with the response and the quick, hassle free service to fix the problem.
I ordered a Brumate mug through them as they seem to be the only distributor in Canada. Product arrived as described and shipping was quick despite the holiday rush. The site was really easy to use. Can't wait to order more :)
