About The Point Lounge & Bikini Beach Bar

Point Dining Lounge offers stunning views of the water from its indoor seating area, featuring various options, including a bar, tables, and benches. The service is good, with friendly and attentive staff who greet visitors like old friends. The food is tasty, with highlights including the tailgate short ribs, fries, and an amazing frittata. The menu is regularly updated, making it exciting to try new dishes, including great breakfast options. The outdoor patio area provides a fantastic spot for a meal in the Bay, especially during the summer when live music on Sundays adds to the lively atmosphere. Much of the patio is covered, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the Ottawa River and a small beach with public access nearby even when the weather changes. The patio is wheelchair accessible, although there may not be ramps into the building. This place is popular with families and couples, known for its reliable good bites, drinks, and live music performances by Whiskey Mike and his group, which keep getting better each year. It’s a charming setting that offers a pleasant dining experience for those looking to relax and enjoy good food and entertainment. The atmosphere is especially vibrant outside, making it a must-visit patio pub for anyone seeking laid-back beach vibes and heartfelt hospitality.
