I visited A&W to try their newly introduced Masala Veg Burger, but I was disappointed to learn that the patty is fried in the same oil used for chicken and other non-vegetarian items. This practice makes the burger unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans, which was quite disheartening given the expectations for a truly vegetarian option. And online on the app or website they don’t mention anything about it.

Sam was amazing!!! So quick and friendly and everything was exactly as ordered. We dined in and she brought everything to our table with a friendly kind smile.
The Ruffle Crunch Teen Burger was a nice treat… and this location makes the best, hottest onion rings! My only complaint would be to add a little more of the fab seasoning to the onion rings.

normally A&W is pretty good. today we couldn't finish almost anything we ordered. The breakfast sandwiches were so greasy, the inside of the bag DRIPPED grease on me when I tipped it to take the sandwhich out. The ketchup packets were all stuck together and covered in what we think is honey, or some other type of equally as sticky sauce. 2 sips of the milkshake and we threw it out. whatever milk product was used was definitely expired, it just tasted like flavoured expired milk.
