….. Says open on Sundays , you get there and it’s closed. It’s once in a blue moon they open on Sundays. I got churros last time they told w it doesn’t come with cinnamon sugar when it’s advertised on the side of the building . Like what kind of establishment is this ? Be for real.

I had a very disturbing experience at Church’s Chicken. I ordered a 6-piece fried chicken meal, and when I got home and opened the box, there was a cockroach inside the box with the food. This was extremely disgusting and unacceptable.
I contacted the manager to report the issue, but he did not take the situation seriously and did not offer any proper solution or apology. Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority for any restaurant.
I hope the management addresses this issue and improves their hygiene standards so other customers don’t have to experience something like this.

I would rate the food, but it was closed on a Monday in the middle of the day, I came back on a Saturday to hopefully use my bogo deal at 6:40pm when they close at 7:00pm to be told that they are closed, even though a man just before us got his food. The service was terrible as they lied about the deal only being for delivery as it does not say on the coupon, just to get us out of there, I would not waste my gas or time to get their food as you will not be served, horrible service, dirty tables, and depressing atmosphere, very disappointed, do better Churches.

Extremely disappointed after my third visit here. I was served a raw chicken sandwich — completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. This is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. The fries were also well below the usual standard, soggy and lacking quality.
The environment felt subpar, and the customer service was atrocious. When I raised the problem, there was no real accountability — they denied the obvious facts instead of addressing it properly. Basic steps like using a thermometer and checking doneness take just seconds and are the bare minimum for food safety.
I won't be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously to prevent anyone else from getting sick.

very poor manager. she yelled at me and hung up chicken was not cooked . and I told her that Iwas bringing back the food and she told me she said if I showed up that she was calling 911 and that there isn't no refunds .and chicken wast cooked . too kpics

The boy cashier has attitude problem since ages. Last time visited months ago same guy had issues with me today too he has something to sought out kindly let him know how customer service is done or give him a break to be certified. Lol

The place isnt supposed to close until 7pm on Sunday and the lady walked out and closed at 4:30pm. Either Update your hours or that employee needs to be fired
Order a combo at Sage hill Church’s chicken. Was not informed there should be a biscuit and drink along with it. Did not receive these items. Disappointed with the service.

I got their 2 piece chicken from their many ads saying 3.99 or free.. they charged me double. I argued. They said oh u didn't want white meat? Like no I said the 3.99 deal. From the start. Than I finally got my food.. the chicken had oil pour in behind the breading causing a huge air gap from meat to breading.. causing the meat to shrivel up and be dried out. And the wing was red as hell all over its meat. I wish I knew how to upload photos.
