My husband and I recently ordered takeout from East Side Mario’s in Woodstock, and although an item was accidentally left out of our order, the customer service we received completely turned the experience around.
When we called the restaurant, we spoke with Jenny, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She immediately listened to our concerns and brought the situation to her manager, Lani.
Lani went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, but she also personally apologized for the inconvenience and exceeded our expectations with her genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to come across managers who take such pride in ensuring their guests leave happy.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that truly matters. Thanks to Jenny and Lani, we’ll definitely continue supporting East Side Mario’s in Woodstock. Their exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized!

This East Side Mario’s is the best location my husband and I have ever ate at! :) Emma, our server, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable it felt like I was dining at a friends place - she made us feel taken care of and made the experience all around amazing for us! The food was incredible and fresh! Brooklynn, the manager, was also incredibly kind with 10/10 customer service! Overall, this location goes above and beyond for their patrons and I would highly recommend dining here! :)
