I visited the store to place a takeout order. At the time, there was only one female employee working, and she appeared to be cleaning the store.

When I informed her that I wanted to place an order for takeout, her tone of voice, facial expressions, and overall attitude made it seem as though she was doing me a favor by taking my order, rather than providing normal customer service. I found this unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I also asked her what time the store closes, just to confirm. She replied that it closes at 11:00 PM or maybe 11:30 PM. I mentioned that the app shows the closing time as 12:00 AM, but she simply ignored my comment.

Throughout the interaction, I felt like my presence was an inconvenience and that she was annoyed I came in and made her work. This created a very uncomfortable customer experience.

I ordered two large chicken burritos, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There was barely any chicken in either burrito—both were mostly filled with rice. To make matters worse, the rice itself was undercooked, which made the food unpleasant to eat.

This is not what I expected when ordering chicken burritos, especially at this price point. I hope the restaurant improves its quality control, as this felt like a waste of money.

I ordered a bowl with triple protein and somehow the bowl looks small. They could increase the portion sizes. See picture.

Went to pick up a late night meal for two ,including sides and desert. The young lady working was very unfriendly, she barely spoke to us , or made eye contact. Acted annoyed at anything I asked. It took at leave 30 minutes for her to make our order and she failed to ask us about our toppings. She barely knew anything about the menu. At the end the debit machine wasn't working and she acted as though we were the problem. I really hope you can work on who you let work at this location , because I won't be getting anymore food when that laxynis working .

Terrible experience it say they closed at 10 on Sunday i was there at 9:45 and they did not let me in to order.

closing timing on google 11pm we came here at 10:05pm and the are closed unbelievable 🙄

Ordered online. 6 burritos. Very disappointed, burrito were 3/4 rice, barely any chicken, lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
Just paid almost $80 for rice filled tortilla. The delivery driver just left our food on the steps when we clearly said meet at door

Stopped here traveling through Woodstock and sought out this place as an alternative to the typical fast food chain... wonderful food, fast and fresh. Exceptional habeñero sauce on my grilled chicken with cilantro lime rice burrito. Wonderful family running the place supportive of other families. Go here!

Hey I’m very upset with service i got here last night and I ordered regular burrito trust me it was not fresh at all it was not even hot.Don’t go to this store this was second time.

I've been 3 times in 2 weeks, and each time they are out of steak. If you cant stock something remove it from your menu. ( noneof these times were close to closing, all between 5 and 6 pm)
I wont be returning.
